Easy in and easy out. They don’t take AMEX. There is an electronic counter that tells how many available spots there are remaining.

Elevator was not working. No handicap parking. Also, one of the workers, and old woman, smoker, wearing a red shirt without a company logo, was extremely rude to us. She insisted we use the stairs when we could not access those (handicapped traveler with us) and refused to let us walk past the exit arms.

Glad we found this place to park. Facility was clean (for a parking garage). Paid $4 for just under 4 hours of parking near lunch time on a Friday which seemed like a fair price. It's also super convenient to restaurants in downtown.

While this may be convenient and affordable, worst employees I have ever dealt with. The attendant was incredibly rude and had no reason to give me attitude and yell at me. I understand working in a college town must be difficult, but the way I was spoken to was unnecessary as I was literally sitting in my car.

Was yelled at for riding around a bird scooter for less than 100 ft looking for an elevator or the stairs. Removed it from my vehicle, looked for an elevator, got off of it, went down, and was then verbally berated by the security guard.No posted signs saying I couldn't ride it and the man was so unprofessional and so rude. Absolutely will never come back.

The parking lady banged on my window was very aggressive, accusatory, and rude. Apparently you can’t even sit in your own vehicle after parking for more than 5 minutes. I thought she was a homeless woman the way she approached us I didn’t even think she worked there. I’ll never park here again.

This place is convenient and affordable, but I was enjoying the Pride Parade from the sixth floor where I literally paid to park my car when a woman rudely told us to get lost and threatened to find us on the cameras if we attempted to view the parade from another level. It’s not giving ally.
