One of my old A/C systems suddenly quit cooling Wednesday afternoon. I called Clark’s late that Wednesday afternoon. Two service men were at my home early the next day. By approximately 2:00pm the new system had been installed. The A/C has now been “running” for about an hour. I am sitting in my TV room which is on the farther side of my home from the A/C unit. This room is now extremely cool and so very comfortable. This room used to be the hottest room in my house. Not any more. The new thermostat is set exactly the way I set the old thermostat. (I have it set to 74°.) I may have to turn the thermostat temperature up a little so that it Is not quite so cool. It is hard for me to believe! The two men who installed the system are not only very knowledgeable, polite and professional, they did a fantastic job together. They took pictures of their work and showed the pictures to me and I am truly impressed. To my understanding (after doing some research), the newer A/C units are more complicated and require a different kind of refrigerant than in the past but these two “thirty-ish” age men knew exactly what they were doing. It is obvious to me that Clark’s educated these men regarding the newer type of A/C systems. Would I use Clark’s again? Yes, in a heartbeat and I would without hesitation recommend Clark’s. On 10/10/25 Tim was everything you could want in an A/C & Heating Company. Tim knows his stuff and he took a picture of the completed work which was nice to see. It looks great. He put in a sliding shelf with a handle which makes it easy to slide out for replacing a filter. Then Tim installed a filter on the shelf it and then he removed the built -in filter because it was a temporary filter. There was no charge because when I purchased the heater/air conditioning system I was told there would be no charge for the first filter change (which included removing the original built-in filter).

Brian and Alex installed my new Goodman heat pump and air exchange unit. They arrived promptly at 8am and worked nonstop until the job was done. They were both very courteous and explained the new system to me. The whole process with Clark's is very professional from start to finish. You know exactly what you are getting and why... explained in layman's terms. Highly recommend Brian and Alex!

I signed up for Clark’s Heating, Air, and Plumping yearly maintenance package and it’s worth every penny! It’s only $149 for the whole year for priority service on your heating and air twice a year! The best part is THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES!! Price you’re quoted, is the price you pay! Again, $149 a year, Come on people, that’s less than Starbucks in month!!! The cherry on top are the ALL the technicians. They are kind, patient, and explains everything step by step. Gerardo is the best techs ever! The Next day, I have my plumbing inspected and repaired by Anthony. Anthony is very polite and knowledgeable. He was also flexible with my schedule and worked around a last minute situation that popped up. He attended to every concern that I had regarding the plumbing and the pipes within the drywall. His work was efficient and neat. He not only repaired the two toilets and the water pipe in the drywall, but he showed me practical maintenance and solutions to prevent unnecessary damage within my home. Called and spoke with tech. Set up a time and date. Tom was at location on time, with a professional and positive attitude. Tom diagnosed the issue in 5 min and in another 5min had my AC back up and running cool again. Would highly recommend this company.

Brian and his crew from Clark’s did a great job of removing our old HVAC system and installing the new one. They were efficient and cleaned up after they were done. They showed me all all I need to know about the new equipment and how to use the new thermostat. Made sure everything was working before they left. Good job! Highly recommend them.
