CitruSolution of Athens is always my "go to"! We have used Ryan and his team on a number of occasions and always have a 5-star experience. My mother-in-law passed away earlier in the year. I called Ryan and asked if her could please work us in at the last minute since we would be housing family from out of town unexpectedly. He was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything in his power to accommodate our needs and help us get the carpets ready. Most recently, we reached out to CitruSolution to clean our carpets after our pet beagle had a number of accidents. The technician was on time and friendly. He came in and had me show him all the rooms that needed to be cleaned, any problem spots. He helped us move any pieces of furniture that needed to be moved. He cleaned the carpets and then asked if I wanted to review before step 2. Then, after step 2, he asked if I wanted to review one more time before finishing up. The technician was friendly and attentive to out requests. Best part is the house smelled WONDERFUL with a clean citrus scent after he was all done. Even our teenage boys commented on how they loved the smell!

My carpets were cleaned now over a week and they look as great as the day they were done. I have had a great many dogs pass over these carpets and all the pet stains are gone and no bad odors either, Tanner was the tech that cleaned my carpets and he was totally professional keeping me informed all the way of everything that he was doing. When he was running a few minutes late (5) he called and let us know. I only have great things to say about this young man, very professional at what he does. I had put off having my carpets cleaned because of moving all the little things but it was so worth it. The price was very affordable. We thought we were going to have to replace carpet in 2 rooms but it cleaned like it was brand new. Hard to believe they are 15 years old. I love the bottle of spot cleaner they left. I do have the best in dog solutions that I could buy but this spot cleaner is far superior. Of course clean carpets equal sick dogs but the bottle of cleaner took care of that. I know who I will call in the future for my carpet cleaning and it won't take 15 years.

One of those good surprises. Was not familiar with the company or procedure. They were recommended by several friends here in the neighborhood. Some of those people are very demanding and they recommended we try them. Glad we did. Our carpet was not viably dirty but we have a small Yorkie that took advantage of us at night when we were asleep. CitruSolution not only cleaned the carpet but removed the pet odor. Also did an excellent job on stairs and man cave. We particularly liked that there was little or no water used meaning a rather quick recovery. The scent was actually pleasant not at all like other times we cleaned the carpet. We are so pleased with the service that we plan on having it done every six months. Worth every penny. Least I forget, there is no bait and switch. No pressure to upgrade.
