Only took one star away based on prices. Great service from the male employees, and the service from the female employees varies from day to day. Sometimes they are attentive and friendly. While a lot of the time they are preoccupied with their phones or just in slow mode . It's not so bad as to deter me from shopping there. And when I brought the issue of one employee that refused to acknowledge that I was waiting to be checked out until she was ready to put her phone down, I was told that it would be addressed, and it has been much less of an issue since then. Although it was never fully corrected. I guess I just expect a certain type of attitude with people that use customer service in their jobs. I would like to be treated the way that I treat others when I am in the same position. And that is promptly, and with a friendly smile and helping nature. What's so hard about that? 🙄 Sheesh
