Easy check in. Drive up to guard shack. And then go to shipping or receiving shipping is 1st. And receiving is the last one your left.

No reason for a place this large and not that busy to have trailers this close together. The other side is the same as in this pic. Not only is this hard to back in with the available angles, but then they want axles back and trailer dropped...why? There is a dock device that grabs the trailer. If that worried, do a glad hand lock. Very difficult to crank trailer jack with this little space. Not a friendly place.

Not a bad place checked in instantly got a door slide tandems back and drop trailer the pull around back until they call was there 2 hrs total

I was unloaded at the A2 building around back it only took about 30 mins. They also have overnight parking.

Check in with guard, go up the hill to shipping. Checked in, given a dock right away. Drop trailer and park in front of shipping. They will call you when loaded and paperwork is ready. Checked in at 1200, out by 130. Friendly staff. Nice driver break room with clean bathroom and yes a payphone.

Arrived on time for appointment and received a door immediately. Slide tandems to the back, unhook, and drop trailer. Live load took 1 hour and 20 minutes. They call you when it's done. Overnight parking in the back.

First off they are getting reviews deleted. Haha, they got up to 3.3 when they should be way lower. Well don't you worry, because I'm local to the area and you have made such an impact on us. I figure the least we can do is return the favor. Drivers they will make you drop your trailer and sit for hours. You may be the only live load with 50 dropped trailers, yet they will load them first. They don't care if they run your 14 out, and when you ask them to put in and out times on the BOL they'll refuse. They flat out tell you they don't pay detention. I have filed for it anyway, and never received it. They have an attitude everytime you ask how long it will be, and sometimes they just ignore you for 5 to 10 minutes. I have been there multiple times in hopes that I just had a couple bad experiences. Everytime a broker ask if I will haul from near my house, from Athens, I ask if it is Certainteed. If so I refuse. I suggest you do the same. 8 to 10 hours to load is ridiculous. With their attitudes I hope they have trouble finding drivers, and they are fired for incompetence. Delete my review again, and I will make the next one worse.

They are very slow loading. It's been over 3hrs for the load that I'm delivering 08:00 AM I mentioned that I'm running out of hrs that I may not make it to receiver, but they careless about it.

Trucks are a mess to park. Docks are often blocked by other drivers in the way. They do not want to lose their spot in line so they do not move their trucks out if the way for the ones that do have an assign dock to park. Have to maneuver in between trucks, cars, people. Today was a mess.
