To preface this terrible review. The employees of the local store have been good to us. The management is an absolute disgrace. We have had multiple problems with this dry cleaner leaving residue on our clothing items but the employees have remedied this at each time. This time they have put multiple holes in the pants of a $1000 suit and will not take any responsibility for this action. The manager is demeaning, aggressive, and very unwilling to help. I felt as though he was talking down to me and trying to mansplain this situation to me. It took him a week and half to contact me. This after his own employees warned he was not good at communicating with customers and was hard to get a hold of. All he would offer me was store credit to the dry cleaner as the suit is over two years old. Not even a refund for the dry cleaning. In my opinion this is ridiculous as naturally we won't be using this dry cleaner again. They have made this suit unusable. I will never take my clothes there again and I suggest if you are reading this that you shouldn't either.

They sent me home with pants that clearly did not belong to me. When I discovered it a few days later I returned them. They acknowledged the mistake but would not refund the money they had charged for cleaning them.

They ruined my $500 dress and offered no apology. They even told me that "things happen", so simply accept the ruined dress as a “change.” The regional manager for Castle Cleaners may reach out, but they will give you empty promises and keep you waiting for nearly two months without resolution. I have lived in many places—Texas, New York, Georgia, as well as abroad in South Korea and Germany—and this is by far the worst dry cleaner I’ve ever encountered.

I have been using this cleaner for many many years. Literally weekly. We came today and they had a huge line to the drive thru and there was no way to get in the line because of the location of drop off window. So my husband parked and tried to go in with his laundry. The door was locked. Not sure why as we are well past Covid and ninety percent of business have resumed normally. So the lady peaks her head out the side door and says that he has to get in his car and get in the drive thru line. SMH not very concerned about our business or anyone’s for that matter. If we can’t come inside and the line is not safely accessible then that’s a problem. So today they lost our business . Signed David Pike one unhappy customer

My sweaters had come out without balls on them . Now that it’s come under “ new management , the quality is not the same . Very disappointed .

I dropped off 2 pairs of pants, and 5 shirts. The pants needed to be hemmed and the shirts needed to be dry cleaned. The shirts were not starched as requested, and one of the shirts wasn't even creased on the sleeves. A pair of pants wasn't hemmed at all. A waste of $30. First and last time I bring my business here.
