The mechanic never showed up for the appointment after several attempts to contact him. At first he seemed communicative and flexible, which was appreciated by me because I was a “walk-in” and also communicated that I would have to push the appointment back from 6 pm to 7 pm. However, around the appointment time, I texted him to let him know that I was on the way to my car’s location—he read the message but did not reply. I arrived to my car’s location (via Uber). After attempting to reach him multiple times, constantly checking my dying phone, and waiting for 2 hours, I gave up and left. It is now about 10 pm—3 hours after the appointment—and I still haven’t heard back. If he ran into an issue and/or had to reschedule, I would be more understanding and even flexible, going ghost at time of service is not okay. This is experience has been extremely disappointing and borderline dangerous as I was very close to being stranded and was really dependent on his services.

Came out Right away and got car started. Next day again car won't start. I called again Eli gave me a time when he would come that day, I waited all day never showed. I called several times but no call back. If he didn't think he could handle problem he could have called. Very very disappointed

The name fits the owner perfectly. Paid $200 to fix a leak a month ago and the leak still exist. When I reached out to the owner I was ignored. Which must happens a lot because when I made my payment on cash app a warning appeared about the account being flagged as scam/fraudulent. Contact with caution
