Nate and Ryan did a fantastic job troubleshooting my upstairs shower leak. They eased my mind that the tile walk in shower that I just installed was sound. The shower pan, shower head connection, and drain were not the cause of the leak. Thank Goodness. It was the shower door bottom track where it ties into the side track had not been properly sealed. I appreciate the determination to find the source of the leak, which did not expose itself immediately. Nate and Ryan showed a great deal of professionalism and care. There are a lot of plumbers in town. As far as I'm concerned Carson Plumbing is the best. I have had them out to my property multiple times and they always beat my expectations. Two days later I had Carson Plumbing out again for an unrelated issue. This time Taylor and Tyler showed up. Once again very professional team. They troubleshot the leak quickly and efficiently. As an added bonus I had some quality conversation with them about our mutual taste in music. Specifically CROWDER.

Did quality work to fix some issues in my new (to me) 1980s house. It was $195 per hour for 2 guys and they got a lot done (PRV, 2 toilet tank internals, ice maker outlet replacement, shower scald guard). They were named Logan and Ryan

Very helpful, and not wasteful. We needed new “guts” for our toilets. You will pay for it, though. Times are expensive, so I understand. I’d rather pay for good service than be given the run around on the cheap. You get what you pay for! Worth it.

Be very careful about hiring these people. They will inflate the bill and then threaten to give bad reviews if you don’t pay the inflated bill. Get it all in writing up front. Even after you pay they will give a bad review. Be careful

Great company, and their employees are also very kind. My condo had running toilets, and they helped me submit an adjustment to the city to lower my water bill, and replaced my toilets. They also came to my other house and fixed our 2 leaky toilets. What sticks out to me, is how friendly their employees are. It made a lasting impression, and appreciate them very much! I can't wait to utilize Carson Plumbing again :)

My neighbor recommended Carson Plumbing to me. I remodeled my bathroom moving everything around to different locations as well as adding a half bath off the hallway. I hired Carson to do the plumbing and they worked with my schedule to get everything done from the rough-in to putting it all together. It required multiple trips to the house but each time scheduling was easy and the crew was top notch. They were a bit pricier than others but it was worth it in the end. Will hire again for future needs.
