Set and appointment for Friday with Travis(owner) to have my wife’s breaks fixed. Once she arrived she was turned around for not being there at 9am when she was never given a time to have the vehicle on site. She was rudely declined service and given another date to bring the vehicle which was a week later. The entire encounter was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company!

Travis and his staff are THE BEST!!! Travis Butler has always been 100% honest, incredibly knowledgeable (and will admit if he’s not sure about what’s going on…we all know that some issues just aren’t that easy to fix or diagnose or the car only acts up with us and not when we take it in-IYKYK), dependable, thorough and still gets our vehicles back to us quickly (usually same day), so nice and ALWAYS reasonably priced. I’ve NEVER been disappointed by these guys. Our family has been getting our vehicles serviced by Travis for 25 years (before he had this location) because he’s just that great. Even when I lived out of state, I’d bring my vehicles to Butler’s for servicing! Thank you so much, Travis and all the guys there!!! P.S, I am a female. If any women are on the fence about finding the right mechanic, know that you can trust these guys.

For the second time, I took my car to Butler Automotive after a tire/oil change place suggested a substantial problem (axle). Both times they told me that I had been misled, my car didn't have the stated problem, and they didn't charge me for looking at it! They've also done excellent and reasonably priced repairs as well. It is heartening to see that there are still people who value integrity and honesty! I always recommend them for this very reason.

My daughter is a UGA student, her car just quit running and she pulled off the side of the road. All lights lit up on dash and the tachometer needle was bouncing. I was out of the state and called Butler to see if they could take a look at it. I spoke with Travis and he said they would be expecting the car. An hour or so after the car arrived, they had diagnosed the issue and contacted me with an estimate of cost and repair time. Travis was able to get the parts and get them installed that day! My daughter was able to pick up the car after she got out of class. Travis even fixed the fender skirt that had gotten caught on raised curb and pulled loose. They did a fantastic job, going above and beyond all expectations. They cleaned out the air intake just because they saw it was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Travis really saved me from having to foot the bill for a rental or Uber service. I felt that even though I was out of state, I could completely trust him with the repairs. The service was amazing, great prices, and I would recommend them to anyone needing auto service. I will certainly be using them again if the need arises.
