We hired Sebastian to soft clean our roof. He assured us that he protects the plants around the house; however all the plants died after he cleaned our roof. He also ruined our outdoor lighting. (See attached pictures) He did not have the proper equipment to do the job. He had to return with someone else to finish the job. He also dripped the solution up our interior staircase removing the stain that we just had refinished. When confronted with the problems we had, he took $25 off the invoice. He then sent a follow up text telling my husband to pay it in 2 days so there wasn’t a late fee. He cost us hundreds of dollars on top of what he charged and provided no resolution. Do not recommend for roof cleaning.

With Bubble Pros you can’t go wrong! Sebastian was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He is a great communicator (which I love) but also what every company and person should have. I knew what to expect and that was reassuring when working on our roof. The process was fun to watch and our roof looks brand new. We already have them scheduled for next year to help fight off any bacteria from coming back to prolong our shingles. I highly recommend using Bubble Pros!!

Sebastian did a wonderful job , his hospitality and kindness were some of the first things I noticed when he came to my home. I also want to add that I expressed my concern about his process killing / damaging my plants and he promised they would be protected. He even went above and beyond and watered my plants for me. Me and my husband got a roof wash as well as a house wash, our roof looks ✨ BRAND NEW ✨ he did such an amazing job ! 10/10 would recommend this company over and over again , if we ever need pressure washing again Sebastain is the man we will be calling !
