Best Western Athens uses the security division of BOS, and I cannot say enough about their quality of service. Mr. Carter Greene & Todd Denton run a top-notch department that is well worth the $$$. Every guard we've had has been very professional, clean cut, and willing to go above and beyond- everything from assisting guests with flat tires, running towels to guests in the evenings, even assisting the elderly. From a business standpoint, it is very important that a staffing company be responsive to their customers, be it day/night. I have called multiple time in the early morning hours, and have gotten assistance every single time. This is invaluable to our business.
