Kevin explained the process thoroughly, and reassured me that he would be onsite while the crew worked on my roof. I appreciated the clarity and assurance offered during the consultation. Not once did I feel pressured. Installation was delayed because my HOA requires a specific shingle, and it was on backorder due to COVID. He kept me posted on the status of the availability. On installation day, I left for work after they got started. Kevin walked me from my door to my car (as a lookout to be sure I didn't walk through an area where I could be hurt from discarded shingles). They protected my gutters and HVAC unit from any falling debris, and left the yard clear of nails/screws/scraps. I received a text with pictures of the old and new roofs. Overall, the experience for me was very easy.
