This apartment complex and staff are rare. It’s one of the best apartments I have lived at. The staff is kind, easy to work with, quick to help with anything, and always in communication . The grounds are extremely clean and cared for. The apartments are reasonably priced for the size and quality. I have not had any pest complaints which can be rare in the humid moist south. This is not student housing so the neighbors are friendly and quiet and clean. I strongly recommend this complex to anyone whether a young single adult or small family. Wish I could take this place with me when moving.

Beechwood Pines literally became my second home. I am a graduate student, and it was the most perfect place to live. I can list so many benefits: clean grounds despite being extremely dog friendly, quiet and friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, responsive management, fun events, and so much more. The main reason I had to leave was that our family was outgrowing a one bedroom apartment. I was sad to have to go. I would recommend Beechwood Pines to anyone looking for a quiet, amazing apartment complex. Bonus points because it is a gated community and it is right next to a Kroger and a ton of really good stores. You won't regret living here!

My roommate and I have been living here since January, and I have to say I am impressed. I was a bit worried at first being as they do not let you view the apartment before you move in, but we have really had no issues. The community is really well kept and not very much crime in the area. The maintenance people are always so kind and come as soon as a request has been made. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Overall it has been a wonderful stay here and we will definitely be renewing our lease at the end of the year!

I have been a resident at Beechwood Pines for nearly 3 years and have enjoyed every bit of my experience. The apartment community is in one of the most ideal location in Athens. You are within walking to distance to just about everything from the grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and only minutes from downtown and the loop. The community is very quiet, clean and well-maintained. The office staff, Kelly and Stephanie are GREAT! They are very accommodating, helpful and always greet you by name with a friendly smile. The maintenance staff at Beechwood, Jeff and Fred, are the BEST. You will not find another maintenance team better than the ones at Beechwood Pines. Service request are always completed the same day, typically within only a few hours of submitting the request. Beechwood Pines is a highly sought after apartment community in Athens. I suggest applying for an apartment early on in your apartment search. You will not be disappointed living here!

I've lived at Beechwood Pines for right over two years now and it's the best kept secret in Athens, as far as apartment complexes go. It's gated and quiet. There aren't any rowdy noisy parties going on, which is great if you're older or are looking to find a place that's not completely full of college students. I think the biggest draw of Beechwood Pines is the daily living. I say that because it's easy to live here and take so many things for granted that you're constantly fighting for with other apartment complexes. The front office is always very understanding, and the hours are really good so you can grab packages if they were left there. The most convincing thing I can say about Beechwood Pines over ANY other apartment complex in Athens is its response time for work orders. I've literally never had to wait >12 hours for ANY work order to be completely fixed. I've lived places where I'd wait for days to no avail, but Beechwood Pines' maintenance crew is not only top notch, but friendly as well. The location itself is also very nice--the only downside is there's no quick access to the loop, but being on Alps is more than enough to make up for it. I've set my standard for apartment living based off of Beechwood Pines. I'm definitely not looking forward to moving away from an environment like this one.

I have lived here for about 5 months now and have been very pleased with my experience! The apartment and complex is clean, well kept, and very reasonably priced. The maintenance staff is great and responds to a service request in a timely manner. The pool furniture has all been replaced since I have lived here and it looks great. The gym and study room are so convenient and are amenities I use frequently. I recently discovered the car wash and really enjoy being able to have a clean car without having to pay to take it to a car wash. But the best thing about Beechwood Pines by far is the location, you are surrounded by everything you could possibly want or need (grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, the post office, drug stores, gyms, etc.) and it is all within walking distance.

I've lived in Beechwood Pines for five years now, and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly, and usually greet me by name. The property is well-maintained, and on the rare occasions that I have had required maintenance in my apartment, the staff have responded in less than 12 hours. The community is very pet-friendly, too. I love living here, and will probably stay for a few more years!

I have been living at Beechwood Pines for about 5 months now and my experience has been outstanding. Kelly and Stephanie are professional and yet kind and considerate, they always try their best to help tenants. My service requests are completed on either the same day or the next day. Part of my apartment was flooded after a heavy rain and the maintenance staff was here with me at 1 AM moving furniture and pulling carpet with the emergency carpet repair service. The grounds are also kept very clean which is refreshing.

I have lived in two other apartment communities before moving to Beechwood Pines in March 2016. Beechwood Pines is the best multi-family portfolio in Athens hands down! It is a great place to live for a reasonable price! Kelly, Stephanie, Jeff and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. The amenities and landscaping are impeccable. I highly recommend!

For over a year now I have lived in an apartment at Beechwood Pines and am still enjoying this residence. The location is convenient and pleasant. The staff members are friendly, helpful, creative in their effort to develop a community atmosphere amongst busy residents and very prompt in response to any request for maintenance, not often needed because the staff is proactive in their encouragement of tenants to report those needs. The atmosphere is quiet, and that extends to the pool area and exercise room.
