Athens Micro has always been considerate and helpful when being contacted during the day or night. Every experience has been superb. After explaining the problem, they know how to fix the issue in a timely manner. I would always have issues when changing the passwords. I always end up calling them, so i was getting to be a regular. They would ask if I needed my password changed. (lol) This IT company rocks, and I would use them over and over. I cannot think of who in all I have spoken with, however over all is 5 stars.
