Tony C. (co-owner) and his crew just completely redid my entire heating and air system. My house is over 100 years old. ALL of the duct work had to be torn out and then replaced. They installed a new TRANE air conditioning unit and heating system. Four Seasons gave the most reasonable quote in this area. The entire week's work was done so professionally and cordially. They worked non-stop for 8 hours each day (short lunch break) and left the areas clean of debris each day. House feels like new! EXCELLENT work! HONEST people! Outstanding job!!

This company is honest, transparent with the quote and the work required, and did an excellent full HVAC replacement in an old dirt floor basement. They reworked ductwork and the plenum at a very reasonable price and the install is clean and professional. Honest and quality work. Not two things you find easily these days.

Speaking on the install side of this business, this is a very unprofessional business in many ways. From the way the business is conducted, from the way the customers are treated, all the way down to the way the employees are treated. The install manager is a true Eddie Haskell. Acts one way when the customer is present, and totally different when they are not. The work that is promised is not always the work that is received. If he has a problem with the customer in any way, corners will most definitely get cut. we wont even get into how the employees are treated extremely poorly. It was hard to write this given that the service side of the company is run by someone that is so nice and so helpful. i will end on this, there is a reason that the install manager is no longer a co-owner of superior air management, and they are striving as a business.
