10/10 recommend this place and all the amazing people working there. I took my car there this morning but unfortunately they could not fix the situation. They were completely honest and did what they could do. Not only did they charge me the bare minimum(a part i needed unrelated) but they recommended me driving with my hazards on to make sure I was safe. They took hours checking my car and most places would have found a way to charge an astronomical amount. I drove for days unaware my brake lights were out. From now on i will always be taking any vehicles to this place. Rare to find honest people and places nowadays so I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for anything!

Absolutely love these guys. Fast and friendly. Knowledgeable and fair. I just had surgery and couldn't get my vehicle right away, they patiently waited for me to be able to arrange it's pick up (a bout 2 weeks) and allowed me to pay that day. Definitely recommend.

These guys are Athens BEST! Have gone there multiple times and without a doubt the most honest and highly knowledgeable group of guys. Always spot on to resolve issues, never have to go back a 2nd time. Doug will explain issue thoroughly, what it's going to take to correct, approx time and a good price. Chris runs an incredibly efficient shop. He and his guys will treat your car as if their own, no short cuts or sloppy work here. If you ever have had a bad experience, not mechanically interested or in my case picky about quality you can eliminate concern and stress with these guys.

Quality Craftsmanship! Athens Auto Tech cares about quality services for your vehicles. They perform beyond professional repairs. Athens Auto Tech is a Japanese specialty and all Asian models full-service repair shop. Some small exceptions to domestic vehicles. Kevin is the manager of the shop and is extremely friendly, polite, overly knowledgeable, and experienced with 40+ years of automotive services. I support small businesses, as should everyone, so call or go by for quotes, inspections, and repairs. They are the best quality shop that I have ever found!

Was so happy with the work they did for us on the Honda. It was an issue that they had to chase down and I feel that we were treated so fairly and honestly.

This place has changed a lot in past year or so. Earlier they used to be honest, now they charge you more than Honda dealerships for sub standard work. For the recent repairs they charged me $300 more than the Honda dealership. My car still has the same problem.

These guys are great. We've been taking our car (1998 Accord) and truck (2008 Frontier) there for about 3 years now, following the recommendation of a service manager at a local dealership. Honest to a fault, certainly competent and willing to make the extra effort to get you back on the road. The only downside is that they don't have a shuttle and their shop is a bit off the beaten path (behind the FedEx office on Mitchell Bridge Road), but easy to get to from most anywhere in town

Does great work and stands by it. I've been going to them for 4 years now and they are honest and hard working. Unlike the dealership, they don't find problems with the car, they only fix what's broken and recognize mistakes. Last year I got my starter replaced, but the replacement failed and Auto Tech replaced it free of charge with zero hassle. They helped my friend with his car as much as they could, then they admitted it couldn't be fixed (due to previous damage) and didn't charge him at all. Really great place.
