Guys worked hard installing our new air conditioning/furnace system. It took the entire day but our air conditioning feels wonderful. Thanks William Spain and his helper for making us much more comfortable than we have been. Thanks too for putting up with our friendly guard dog Rosie. I recently used this company for an HVAC upgrade that was not covered by my home warranty, so I paid out-of-pocket for the service. The technician scheduled for the initial appointment did not arrive and did not call. I was later informed by Alan Browning, who identified himself as a manager, that the technician had been in a car accident and did not notify the company until the following day. The appointment was rescheduled two days later. When the technician arrived, he spent an extended amount of time in my restroom and was clearly defecating. This behavior was unprofessional and unsanitary. He did complete the installation of the HVAC unit. Approximately six days after the installation, I noticed water leaking from my ceiling. This ceiling had been replaced nine months earlier due to a previous leak from the attic unit. Upon inspection, it was found that the technician had not installed a filter, which may have caused the pipes to freeze and led to the leak and resulting water damage. I had to contact my home warranty company again to address the issue. While Alan Browning was responsive and helpful, the quality of work from the recent technicians has not met expectations and does not reflect well on the company.

All American sent out dillion and daniel to my step mothers home for a system replacement, not only did they perform excellent service they both were extremely respectful and understanding of my step mothers age and helped her understand exactly how to use the new system, I had a bad experience with one of their service techs, short redneck looking guy. He acted like he was better than everyone, but with the 2 gentleman that installed the system fully made up for that experience, I highly recommend this company with these 2 installers

This company is great. Got off to a rocky start because I was hoping for same or next day service because there is an elderly person in the home. I then realized everyone needs service in the heat. Blake came and was knowledgeable and efficient. He repaired our system and checked that everything was running before he left. I will definitely keep using all American in the future.
