It's been 4 years since I've been here. I was traveling through and my wheel bearing went out. Everywhere including these guys were busy, but unlike everywhere else, they took the time to help me out in my time of need. I'm from Illinois and I was stranded. I had an 01 white Monte Carlo SS. I've been searching for them ever since to come back with my future projects. Now that I've found them again, I'm only two hours away. They not only got me in and taken care of, but they went above and beyond any mechanics I've ever ran into. Affordable prices and explained to me what they were doing, what the problem was, how they found out what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Had a bad experience here and I was disrespected. Guy told me I was cheap because I asked for a cheaper price. No need to be disrespectful, just say you can’t. Also, kept telling him about a noise that was still there. Instead of the lead dude taking the time to look at it, he kept giving my car back same dude. It was frustrating and felt he was doing that because I am a woman. He thought I was mistaken or just didn’t care. I don’t know what’s worse. Then changed prices on me because I had to keep coming back for the same repair. I certainly was hearing a noise from the wheels and had to get it fixed by replacing some other parts at another mechanic shop. This really could’ve been done from the start because it was apart of the assembly. So basically another part was bad on both sides but they just replaced part of the problem. Instead of actually taking my complaint seriously I was meet with it was fixed correctly. It's not fixed correctly if you only replace part of the problem and not willing to troubleshoot more. Also, had them fix another issue, the oil light still comes on.

Miguel did an incredible job for a great price. I hit a deer with my girls car and it damaged the bumper, fender and left light assembly. It was appraised at $1700 to fix those 3 parts but I thought I would just get the whole car painted since it had faded pretty bad and she had lots of car door dings and a few dents. I took it to 5 places before finding Miguel. His business is all by referral. Maaco said they would order the 3 parts and paint the whole car for $1900 but the dents and dings would not necessarily be fixed at that price but they said they would do some. I thought that was a great price but I was told to go see Miguel. He said he would get out all the dents and dings and paint the door jams as well. My girl was hesitant because there were no reviews but after speaking to Miguel she felt good about it. He finished the job quicker than I expected and it looks great. Since I hit the deer I felt responsible so I wanted to get it fixed and looking better than before I hit the deer. HER CAR LOOKS BRAND NEW!! The big name shops would only fix the 3 parts for $1700 and Maaco was the best offer at $1900 for painting it all. Miguel sanded the car down and got out around 20 car door parking lot dings and 2 large dents. The bumper cover looks much better than the original and my gf is so happy. He did more than expected and the price including paint, primer ,clearcoat , bumper, fender, new headlight assembly and as I mentioned he got all the dents and dings out for less than the $1700 quoted just to fix the 3 parts. Keep in mind BMW parts cost more than Toyota parts. I have already referred 3 people to Miguel and Im taking my truck to him so he can install a window motor and regulator. I will never go anywhere else for a paintjob. I am truly amazed at how great it looks. I even made an email so if you want to email me a question(its not my primary so I may not see it right away. I called it question4review and it is a gmail account.
