Tom the salesman and his manager helped us out a lot . They knew we’re tight on budged so they have find a way to gave us good deal. The crew leader was Antonio Ramos they arrived at the time he has said. His crew are incredible, work hard. They’re used nails for every shingles which are better than some company used staples . After finished the job they climbed back up check for those nails to make sure all nails are in place which I’m very impressed. Afterward cleaned up blown debris moved things back to normal .I definitely recommend Accents roofing thank you Tom and all the crew members, good jobs I’m very appreciated

I needed a new roof ASAP and despite their busy schedule they were able to schedule the replacement. The roofing specialist Daniel was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient when he came to give us a quote and even had samples in hand. Josue and George were on site for the replacement and made sure everything went smoothly and the replacement was done in less than 10 hours. We really appreciated Josue walking us around to show the work once it was completed! And the crew did an amazing job cleaning up when the job was done! It looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Accent Roofing.

Gabe and his team were phenomenal. Showed up and got our roof done in 1 day! Gabe was in constant contact with me, providing me updates (with drone footage) throughout the day. My neighbors were impressed with how quickly they were working and another even came over and borrowed some tools from them. 🤦 They respected my home and I think it was cleaner after they left than before they arrived! We had the most amazing experience with Accent from start to finish. Tom, our sales rep, was so courteous, patient and presented us with very fair and reasonable options that fit our budget. Matt, who came out to assess our roof a 2nd time after insurance missed a bunch of things, was excellent and knowledgable and worked alongside Tom who dealt with our insurance company on our claim for major hail damange (they dealt with two separate adjusters who both missed damage and other assessments on our property). Tom and Matt were diligent to ensure our claim was covered with exactly what we needed. Antonio and Osman were top notch project managers and made sure our site was pristine after the job and that none of our garden was damaged. They also took so many photos and kept in communication with me throughout the day. They are a stellar company and what I liked the most is that they aren't storm chasers (we called them) - they work legitimately with the consumer and don't try to sell you anything you don't need or waste your time with your insurance company like so many of these other company's do. 100% recommend this company.

I recently hired Accent Roofing Service (a.k.a. Leaksmith) to have the following repairs completed at my parents' home: 1. Bay window roof replacement to stop a leak 2. Four roof vent flashing replacements 3. Chimney cap replacement My sentiment is mixed for this review because the positive aspects of the repair experience were overshadowed by significant scheduling and communication problems. See excerpt below from my feedback email to Accent Roofing Service for details. Pros: -The initial inspection and quote were timely, professional, and priced competitively. -Turnaround time and quality of the repairs were good. Cons: See below several scheduling and communication issues that I experienced during your absence: -When Amanda scheduled the first round of repairs for September 26, I was not made aware that the chimney pan would be custom-fitted and installed at a later date by another technician. I only found out what was going on after asking your two roofers why they were leaving without finishing the job. -I had trouble communicating with your two roofers on September 26 because they do not speak English. Despite your advertising brochure stating that (on-site) project managers are assigned to jobs that Accent takes on, I found out only after escalating the issue to Creighton that this is not standard practice for smaller repair jobs. -The roofers left behind several nails in my backyard despite their initial cleanup. I had to ask Creighton to send them back for a second round of cleanup. -I had difficulty reaching the right person on your team to find out when exactly the chimney pan installation would take place. After failing to contact you because you were on your honeymoon, I was also not able to get a response from Amanda, who answered neither my voicemail nor text message. Only after contacting Bailey, who initially tried to punt back to Amanda, was I able to connect with Creighton, who had to scramble through my contract to figure out what was going on. It took several hours for me to get clarification, which was disruptive to my personal schedule. -There are several improvements that can be made to Rene's scheduling and communication. On September 29, I was notified only 30 minutes prior to his team arriving to take the initial measurements for the chimney pan. Thereafter, he initially indicated that he could perform the installation on September 30 but wouldn't be able to tell me the exact time until the morning of. However, I was left waiting because I did not hear from him on the morning of September 30. I found out after calling him that afternoon that he wouldn't be able to perform the installation until October 1. On the day of installation, he only gave me about a 3-hour advance notice of the time window for his team's arrival. This was also a disruption to my personal schedule. -Due to both Creighton and Adam filling in your absence, I had to explain multiple times what needs to be communicated to the insurance company regarding the undulation on my roof to get everyone on the same page.

I highly recommend Accent roofing, they are very fair in pricing and freindly and value you as a customer. I first spoke with Amanda by phone who was patient and very pleasant listening to my concerns, she set up a prompt appointment for a free roof inspection. Then on the day of the inspection, Matt arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly he too answered my questions determined I only needed roof repairs went above and beyond and gave an instant estimate that was fair. Than in a few days I was scheduled for the repairs and Noah arrived on time he too was very knowledgeable and friendly he did the work as stated on estimate took pictures of before and after work cleaned up left not a speck of debris took the time to explain just what he did and answered any questions I had which wasn't many as he covered everything. To say they all valued me as a customer is an understatement because they did so much more. This is the kind of company that appreciates your business. You will not go wrong in using Accent roofing for your roofing needs.

We had our original 18 year old 3 tab roof that started to leak and an area that the partial board roof decking was deteriorating. Decided that keep using bandaids, with my problems, was not the best choice. Got 3 quotes for a replacement roof. Accent's quote was reasonable especially after Adam showed all the things they do in the roof replacement. He was great. Jess came by a few days before with the pre job photos and went over things she saw like the gutter guards we had. On day 0, Crew should up around 6:45 an started the quiet work. Antonio texted me they were there. He then would text me when different materials were scheduled. Photos were sent at the different phases of the job. I am happy with the whole experience.

Service was outstanding from the get go. From the time Tom spent with me going over the details of the quote and what exactly was included in the quote to the great work the roofing crew put in (worked 12 hours to get the new roof put on and everything cleaned up) to the time Josue put in keeping me up to date on the progress of the new roof and describing very clearly what was done during the final walkthrough. My wife and I are completely satisfied and happy with the finished work and with the interactions/communication by all the workers involved with the project.
