I'm so deadass, I think Route 8 and Route 9 driver straight up looks me in the eyes every single time. And then passes me. They see me. It's happened like 4 times. I'm so so confused???? Route 20 generally always reliable tho.

I have lived in in Athens for two years and the Athens transit system has been endlessly frustrating. It is unreliable and inconsistent. The information online is incomplete, hard to navigate, and often incorrect. Routes change with little or no notice. The person you talk to on the phone to ask questions is often rude and once hung up on me before I had finished my inquiry. I am glad that public transportation is available but it is infuriating to use. Providing accurate, complete, up to date and easy to find information about routes would go a long way to improving things.

Love this place. Has so much potential. Good location and well maintained. A meeting point for all Athens Transit buses in the heart of downtown and a Megabus stop. Just downstairs from the Classic Center and in walking distance of the UGA campus and downtown shops.

Today marks the 4th time I've had the route 9 driver look me dead in thr eyes and drive off right after opening the doors. I don't wanna be a Karen. But do better.

I'm new to public transit, so I have no point of reference, but the Athens bus system seems to be a good one to me. The majority of the staff are friendly, the busses typically run on time, and the biggest advantage, in my opinion, is the option of taking your bicycle along for the ride!

Never get on whatever it says the last run is on my stop because they’ll leave you 8 miles from your house saying they aren’t running when the app says the opposite

I take buses #1, #8, #24, and #9 to school and back. The only problem I have is with bus #1. There are multiple times where I saw bus #1 just pass me by as I was waiting from my stop. Please handle the situation with that bus.
