I try to be forgiving with fast food places but this location is not good. I only come once every few months as a cheat day and everytime is somehow a bad experience. They're slow and constantly out of things, considering I come so infrequently it's probably a management problem and not the regular employees but save yourself the frustration and go to one on the other side of town. Just sat in the drive through for over 20 minutes

I just got a box of chicken and fries… tastes like a damn Marlboro red. Tastes like cigarettes were cooked in the grease. Won’t answer the phone. I am disgusted. Update: my breath tastes like cigarette smoke. Can’t get it out of my mouth.

This is the second week in a row I have picked up dinner in the drive through only to get home and find out I am missing a big part of my order. This week it was the $17 ten tenders. When I call to complain I am told to bring them the receipt right back and they will fix my order. I live 20 min away and I am not going back for them to spit in my food because I complained about their inadequacy! The manager I spoke with (Andrea) was incredibly rude and hung up me. This zaxbys used to be a great place to eat but I will NEVER go back except to get my refund! I had also spent more than 10 minutes sitting in the drive through before ordering because there was no one taking the order from the car infringe of me. Finally someone came out with an iPad to take my order but the person in front of me still had not ordered. I had ordered a small side of fries and they tasted like they were cooked in old grease and were barely warm.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. They gave me a Zax snack. No biggie but I waited 40 minutes for that. Then I went inside to have them redo my order and the kitchen staff and the cashier proceed to fight back-and-forth as to why he needs to remake it. I had to wait 30 more minutes for that. Like I said, the kitchen was fighting with the cashiers and it was a completely irresponsible unacceptable atmosphere. I don’t think there was an adult in sight.

Spent $25 between two drinks, a chicken sandwich, and 5 piece tender meal. I ordered curbside, set to pick up at 12, I get there at 12, 15 minutes go buy and no one shows up. I finally go inside, find a lady basically wanting to ignore that I was there, and I asked for my order. It was placed on the DoorDash counter, so no one would have ever brought it out to me. My frosted lemonade was basically a soda at that point, and I spent extra for that? I’d like my money back. The chicken sandwich was dry and had very little sauce on it. The tenders were good. Honestly that’s the only good thing about it. Fries were mediocre as well. Would not eat here again.

This place was horrible! As we were sitting in line, the person in front of us gave one of the workers their tumbler cup, I guess to fill up with ice. The lady working the window took it, filled it up, and gave it back to them. Once we got up there, they told us something was wrong with the machine and if we could use cash. Thankfully, I had some from having to go to a laundromat the night before, otherwise I would have been out of luck. Then she gave us our drinks and told us to pull up to wait for our food. We waited for around 15 minutes and still nothing. My friend had to get out and get their attention from the window to see what was taking so long. Five more minutes and they brought the food. When we got home, only 4 minutes from Zaxby's, the food was cold and it looked and felt like they took old chicken and fried it again. I took one bite, deciding it was not something I was about to eat, considering the money and time I had spent waiting for it. My friend took it back up there to get a refund. I stayed at the house. I don't know what exactly happened because I wasn't there myself. He said that when he went back, he asked for a manager. They didn't have one until morning to come back at 10 am, and they would give me a 30 dollar refund and any meal I wanted, so that was nice, but also I'm not really a Zaxby's at 10 am kinda person. He also said while he was there he could see people vaping in the back through the kitchen window and another person with his hand in his pants, so I won't be going back to this location!

Every single time I come here I either am missing half the meal and have to come back, or I order a large meal, and they charge me for a large meal, and then they give me the normal size meal. I can clearly see there's like five fries in the box when I upgraded to extra fries?? Do they think I'm stupid?

Placed an order for pick up, but the doors are locked up tight 45 minutes before closing, so now I’m waiting in a long drive thru line to get my order that will probably be cold by the time I’m able to get it. I’m done with this location. Edited in response to your reply: I already did contact you that way with more detail (the food was indeed cold and they were out of my drink) and asked for someone to respond, but it’s been a week and no one has. Didn’t think I could be more done, and yet…

I love zaxbys, but yesterday when I had lunch at this establishment, the guys next to me were getting showered with free meals and gift cards. Which is nice for them, I love that. But with my meal that I paid for, I ordered a large fry, and got at most 12 fries. I hate to leave anything other than a 5 star, but this was eating at me for the rest of the day.
