I ordered wimpy wimpy wings, lemon pepper wings, and large fries on my wings and things meal. The wings were dry with hardly any sauce and the fries were not large. The lemon pepper wings had no seasoning on them. See the pics.

Bought a Cobb Salad and the egg was molded!!!!. Also ordered the wingz & things plate with Nuclear sauce .. got home and there was no sauce at all! . No More Zaxby for me smh

This is unacceptable! It literally looks like someone ate this food and we got the left overs. I was taking food to my mom who works at the hospital and this is what she gets. I tried calling the establishment but of course no answer. I couldn’t drive back because I had somewhere to go. I’ve not had an establishment answer the phone. But this is not okay!!! And the fact that it wasn’t busy!!

I never post reviews, but I work in customer service and I feel like the owner needs to hear this. The past 3 times I’ve gone to this Zaxbys, the workers have just been so unfriendly. It makes it really hard to continue to pay money for this food when you just get treated poorly.

Great lunch for me getting to hold my 9 month old while trying to eat and feed him at the same time since this location didn’t have ANY high chairs. So mommas bring your own or prepare yourself for a lunch and workout

The only thing that was good was my Diet Coke and cheesecake bites. On top of that there was only 2 cars a head of me and it took 10 minutes to get my food. I was 10 minutes from my job and the fry’s looked old and maybe even re-dropped in the grease. The boneless wings looked like they sat in the sauce for an hour. My husband works at a zaxbys in Lawrenceville and when he brings me home food it is way better and we live 40 minutes from his job. This store needs to do better.

I ordered the 3 piece big zax snack and asked for ketchup, zax sauce, and extra seasoning on the fries. The person taking my order repeated it back to me correctly, but I received no ketchup and about 10 of the most naked, unseasoned fries I’ve ever seen. They literally did not even have salt on them. This Zaxbys is always slow, so I wasn’t totally surprised that it took 20+ minutes to get my food when there were a total of three cars including mine in the drive through. I’m just confused how they left things out of my order and prepared the things they did include improperly when they were clearly taking their time and literally only had 3 orders to fulfill.

I had not visited this Zaxby’s since they remodeled and reopened, a while back. I am so glad that I stopped in! This is one of the best Zaxby’s that I have visited in a long time. I stopped in Friday AND Saturday. I don’t eat fast food, that often, ever! For a while, the location next to Athens Tech was the best around...now this is location is just as good! The restaurant was spotless. The staff was friendly. I had trouble with the app, and it wasn’t allowing my payment to go through. They made sure to help out, until they were able to resolve the issue. The lady making the drinks in the dining room was extremely pleasant. She was friendly and welcoming. She kept conversation going, and made you feel like she has known you all of her life. The food was fresh and crispy! Well done, Zaxby’s!

Terrible experience today. It was after 2pm after lunch rush. They were out of food, couldn't make a grilled chicken sandwich. Only one person working the front cash registers and expo window. Was not able to toast my bread for my kickin' chicken sandwich. And Joshua the employee was rude and ignoring customers. Very upset with all service today. Will not go back!

Ordered food online and picked up myself, got there when the food was supposed to be ready and then proceeded to wait 20 mins as I watched one guy take walk-in orders, bag up take out food and not pass them out, and then proceed to continue taking walk-in orders. Super unorganized staff and by the time I got my food 20 mins later it was stone cold… wasn’t even sitting under the heat. My large fries was also not a large to top it off.
