We arrived for a week of camping in our rv and the site was not level enough to get our wide Work and Play level. We tried everything and then I went to the office and told the host. Immediately they resolved our problem by switching us to a flatter site. Perfect! Internet is good and cell coverage is fine. The people here are the nicest, the sites very nice with FHU and the bathhouse is clean with hot water! This is our spot when we come to the Helen area.

Not great, but not bad! I’d plan better next time - requesting a covered and higher spot. We’re halfway through our 3 night stay. Campground landscaping is well maintained. Even upon arrival I thought so, and the grounds crew started trimming the next day, again. Pretty flower beds. Lots of crepe Myrtles. Trees are maintained. It’s quiet at night. - Road noise. This is next to a busy, high speed road. If you use the playground or are parked up front, you will notice it. Not as bad at tent sites and upper levels. Much better views at upper levels. - Not sure why we were booked where we are (seems to be the only spot big enough for a fifth wheel, but zero tree coverage, with other spots open. - we should have checked in with the office to ask for coverage, but they were closed with no one available when we got in. (5pm) - no propane access after hours.

Great campground. Very clean. Love all the trees for shade. Spots are spaced well even for a large Class A. You can tell the owners/staff really care. We will be returning.

Nice campground. We got site 52. Nice shade all day. Pool was cool for late July, felt great. AC in the clubhouse and free WiFi. Only thing missing is laundry, but there’s a laundromat less than 10 minutes away.

Felt like a homeless tent area, all tent sites side by side right next to each other. Street lamp in the site are on all night, nothing feels natural here if you know what I mean. Firewood they sell are moist all the way. Golf carts run around are loud, anpther camper came and said the staff gave them the same site number as us. Just a straight up caos shelter.

This is an absolutely wonderful campground! It is very clean and lots are shaded. There are things to do for kids and adults. It is in a great location.

We have stayed here the last 4 years for the Southeastern Victory Rally with our 30' toy hauler and absolutely love it. Good shaded lots with plenty of room, a quiet and peacful atmosphere, and a pool to cool off in! Booking is always easy and the staff are very friendly and accommodating!

It convinced for both Cleveland and Helen. We had a pull through spot that was very easy to get in and out of. Had to place starlink dish at end of spot to get some good signal.

Nice & friendly place but the bathrooms were not clean even though it said closed from 1-2. Toilet overflowed called & told them they responded fast but there was no cleaning just unclogged toilet, toilet paper everywhere, sinks were still dirty & remanen of poop still in toilet
