Reggie at the front desk is SO NICE, professional and pleasant to work with. I called and let him know i may be late checking in and it was raining, he said simply he safe that’s all he wants, get there when we can safely and the room will be ready! He was so kind and gave me a sense of relief! I truly appreciate it and Reggie represents Woodsprings phenomenally and deserves a raise and all the recognition!!!

I'm always looking for a positive experience and I will say that the two gentlemen that helped check me in had good attitudes and went above and beyond to help me get my tools from my truck and I wasn't expecting it,thank you to those guys. Kindness is free and we choose not to always use it??

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to WoodSpring for their kindness and understanding. After an unexpected issue arose on a day housekeeping was scheduled to service our room, my family was concerned about whether we would be able to stay. Although we weren’t given advance notice of the exact time housekeeping would arrive, we were in the process of getting ready, and the situation caused unexpected tension. My husband, unfortunately, became upset—not due to the housekeeping service itself, but because he had just received devastating news regarding his health. While there is no excuse for his behavior, I appreciate the hotel’s patience and professionalism in handling the situation. Their compassion and willingness to accommodate us through this challenging time has been truly invaluable as we work toward a permanent housing solution. Thank you to the management and staff for their support. It has made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity and understanding.

This place was horrible omg I’m a travel nurse I was so tired just want to come get some rest . Sheets was dingy a huge burn mark on the sink dirt on the walls cabinets had no doors there were bugs. I requested my money back. They would not give me my $254 back and I literally only spent 10 minutes in the hotel checked in, went to the room and left. It was so horrible

I have had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. As elderly retired disabled veteran, comfort and accessibility are very important to me, and this hotel has met my expectations. The ample space designated for customers with dogs has made it a joy to take my furry companion out for walks. My physical therapist also visits me here and shared wonderful remarks about the hotel’s friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. The service and accommodations have been excellent, and if they ever offer room service, I will consider this place paradise!

Do not stay here ! These people plan robberies against tourist that come through here this place is a dangerous place to stay. TAKE your family somewhere else. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER, BEING IN A GANG AND THEN TRYING TO ROB MY BOYFRIEND IN THE PARKING LOT, FIVE GUYS BEAT HIM UP IN THE PARKING LOT AND STOLE HIS STUFF. When we contacted law-enforcement and file a report, the general manager says there was no tapes that for some reason it was cut off between the time of 3 PM and 4 PM. This is the crazy experience I’ve ever had in my life, but will not go without justice. On top of that, my boyfriend is deemed mentally ill from a head trauma accident just weeks before this. C

Bed Bugs. Hadn’t seen any reviews of bed bugs, first stay after a 10 hour drive. It looked nice from the photos and most of the negative reviews i’d seen were just about service. There was a STRONG paint smell when we walked into the room, i thought they may have just renovated and later learned it was roach killer. Only slept about 5 hours there but when i woke up i had bites all over me. I had no idea what kind they were and thought maybe it was an allergic reaction or something but after reviewing photos and calling home we determined they were more than likely bed bug bites, especially when my boyfriend had them too. I was covered with about 15+ bites just on my legs, we called about 20 mins after leaving and the person who answered the phone was rude about the whole situation, wish we had just stayed in the car.

Not clean and definitely not safe. There was a full police raid with machine guns and sniffer dogs when I was there with my family. We had to leave to protect our kids from the sketchy guests at this flea bitten dump.
