The staff was always kind and courteous throughout my stay, which made me feel really welcome. Check-in was quick and easy, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and made getting around simple. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely come back!

★☆☆☆☆ — Do not book — management needs an investigation I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable and I’m posting to warn others — and to ask corporate to please look into how this property is being run. Management & communication: The general manager, Ronald, handled a move-out situation extremely poorly. Guests with daily reservations were asked to leave with no advance notice, and when people calmly asked for explanations he was dismissive and unprofessional (one guest was told, “you’re wasting your breath” while being asked to pack up). I also received emails about very small balances while other, much larger balances seemed to go unaddressed — the inconsistent enforcement felt unfair and chaotic. Cleanliness & safety concerns: The property is not well maintained. I saw trash, spilled food, and unsanitary conditions in common areas and on the stairs (I took photos). Hallways often smelled of urine and the overall environment made me uncomfortable and concerned about safety. Facilities & services: The advertised “kitchen” option is misleading — there were no stovetops available, and staff said they are not permitted to provide them due to fire-hazard rules. Laundry looked unkempt and breakfast offerings were non-existent or extremely limited. Staff: Several employees (notably Destiny, Marcus, and Marvin) were courteous and tried to help despite the situation. They deserve better leadership and a safer work environment. This property felt poorly managed and unsafe. I urge corporate to investigate management practices and property maintenance. If you value clear communication, cleanliness, and basic safety, book elsewhere.

Wouldn’t recommend at all. While the room was fairly clean, the noise from the highway right next to the hotel was awful. So loud, It Sounded like it was an open screen window. Had to go buy earplugs just to sleep. WiFi may as well be non existent. Didn’t work at all. Called front desk, and while they were very nice, they told me to call tech support….uh…ok. This is something YOU the hotel provide… called the number, and it just rang forever, no answer. TV would continuously go out to a blue screen saying “connection not available” Bath towels were just slightly larger than a hand towel. Bathtub took forever to drain, and drain loudly. Could hear everything the people in rooms around me were doing. Trash on floor in hallways, elevator, one morning bags were just piled up by the trash can out front. And a stained comforter on top of all of it. Never again.

Hotel is clean, modern, great central location. Secure building. Friendly staff and fellow tenants. My only complaint is the beds are hard and uncomfortable and move every time you shift your weight. The blankets are very thin and offer very little warmth. Overall not a bad experience

For your safety and your sanity do not book at this hotel. I had the worst experience ever at this location. The front desk people don't care, the lady gave a room key for a room that was already occupied with people in it. Then she gave me a key for another room that did not work, we tried 4 times. Then I finally got a room but the room next door decided to have a party with loud music at 1am. Called the front desk to complaint but nothing was done. Laundry room had a water leak going into the carpet, dirty hallways, one of the employees was smoking what looked like a blunt outside. I thought I was in the projects. DO NOT BOOK this place.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay I've ever endured. This is a long-stay hotel, though we stayed for only two nights. The entrance was dirty and smelly, with trash and a brokenand line phone on the floor. The room was filthy, and the floors were incredibly sticky - we had to wear socks and shoes at all times. The room must've belonged to a long stay smoker before us, because it smelled very thickly of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom was extra smelly, with both cigarette smoke and urine smells. The walls are also very thin, so you will hear everything around you. Our upstairs neighbor was very loud throughout both the day and night, and it was hard to get any sleep. Front desk staff was very curt and unfriendly at check in, and not wanting to be rude we did not ask for another room, especially as we were only there two nights, though it seems we should. I felt dirty and disgusted the entire time.

We arrived after 10p, and were met with a closed front desk and empty hallways. With the location being what it is, I was surprised there wasn't someone working the desk at such an early time, especially this being a fairly new property. A hotel this far out, located this close to the highway, I would think have staff servicing the front desk for longer hours. Since it was so new, a person could easily see the freshness of it. However, if the owners, or property managers, want to continue to present such a fresh look, they might consider putting guests and their pets only in certain areas, or on certain floors. (Preferably the first, or at the end of the hallways near the stairwell, for easier access to the outside.) In addition to continuous rounds of barking, in my two days there, I began to notice a musky pet odor in the hallways. To think, if the hotel chooses to keep such an open policy about dogs, their nice new hotel will be ruined sooner than they think. It's fine to allow guests that luxury, but the hotel can do better about preparing to have animals stay among guests. (IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ARE atIN ANY WAY SENSITIVE TO PETS' DANDER, CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL.) The hotel seemed severely under staffed. I felt like I was in college again bringing my dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange for clean towels. And, I discovered guests are not allowed more towels than they are originally given. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend a family staying more than one night, or anyone. Walls sound thin, they don't have the man power to staff properly... There are other choices in the area. Seek those out.

Had a very disruptive & dangerous experience. Employee that was off the clock came into my room where I had my 2 year old by myself once my husband left us to get our bags. The front desk said he wasn't even supposed to be doing that, I've been waiting on the manager to respond but can't get any customer support to answer. Don't go here if you value your safety, also it's super loud and they party literally all night.

Hotel did not provide soap, conditioner or hair dryer, even when asked! "This is not a full- service hotel" was the response given to me. What's worse is that my stay was 2 nights and I needed new towels. They REFUSED to give them to me until I returned my WET, USED TOWELS to the desk! Unacceptable, worse than ANY hotel I've ever used. Do not book here!

I was happily surprised by the rooms very spacious ,full size appliances. The vending machines are equiped to take cash cards and tap to pay . The also have so many amenities. Not bad for less than $100 a night.
