I lived here for over 3 years and I honestly could not have had a better experience. The Woodlands was by far the best neighborhood/apartment complex I ever went to in Athens. It has such a homey feel, which is so different than most other places around UGA. It felt safe, as it's a gated community, and overall it is just so beautiful. I also cannot say enough good things about management here. They took care of every possible problem I had - most of the time the day of, and they were always quite easy to reach. The maintenance team they use is also so kind and helpful. The complex itself has great amenities, and the club house printer was great for procrastinating at 2 am. The pool is great and the sidewalks are well taken care of. The cottage I lived in was so cute, as is the whole neighborhood. I never had a problem with loud parties or anything - it was always so peaceful, yet it was a great space to host game nights and parties since the apartments are so spacious. I genuinely hit the jackpot with this find, especially for the price. Worth every penny for such a comfortable home while I was in college :)

We owned a 3 bed/3 bath condo in here for the past eight years while our kids were students at UGA. It was such a great place for our kids to live. Close enough to campus to get there easily but far enough away to be in a quieter area. Our son rode his bike to school. We are thankful this is where we chose to buy a place. It was a great investment and our kids felt safe and loved being here.

When I tell you this is THE BEST property management group, I mean they are THE BEST. I have never experienced living in a place that was so attentive to tenant needs. Any issue I had was immediately resolved. Any time I called, they picked up the phone. Any time I emailed them, I got a response back within a reasonable time. The apartment was SOOOO NICE. The pool was AMAZING. I am so saddened to leave such an amazing place. you will not regret living here. It is an oasis! Such a pretty neighborhood, and the property managers are great. Thank you Holly and Gracie for everything. Y’all were so incredibly helpful the entire time I was here. I hope a job or life allows me to live in Athens again so I can rent here again!

Great spot, especially if you have a dog. Probably the first place I've lived where management was decent, at least Holly is she's who I've spoken most with, she handled the lease and my questions when adding a roommate etc. Very helpful. They recently got additional security on top of the existing security guy, regarding all the non-residents at the pool which was a nice surprise. Nice location if you're looking for something safe and boring.

A lovely community, the grounds were clean, although there were still people who did not pick up after their dogs, despite the many bag dispensers and trash containers. The 3 pools were wonderful, large sized and were never crowded-on my 4 visits, there were no people in the water.

I am at the end of a year-long lease at the Woodlands and I’ll preface by saying this: I would not have moved in here were it not for my roommates who decided on this place. Our unit was NOT CLEANED prior to us moving in. There were urine stains on the carpet and a layer of grime covered everything in sight. After reviewing my move-out agreement I became aware that Cobblestone PMG will take money out of your security deposit automatically for cleaning regardless of the shape of the unit. Also in the agreement it mentions that units are not automatically cleaned between tenants. I assume that this is the reason the bug problem is such an issue here. Residents will also routinely leave their dog’s droppings on the ground despite the number of trash bins across the property. On the subject of maintenance, my unit has had 3 emergencies with pipes bursting in the middle of the night and we were told to literally poke holes in our ceiling until maintenance could come the next day. We were also told that the holes would be fixed, but I’m moving out in three days and they’re still there (from months ago.) Please consider other options very carefully before deciding to rent here. It is absolutely not worth the headache.

If you do not renew your lease, they will show your apartment to potential residents. No big deal right? They have shown our apartment 15+ TIMES. Not an exaggeration. Usually with less than 24 hours notice, constant touring and disruption. One time it happened back to back with only notice for one of them, so I had taken a shower after the first and was not even dressed when the next group came in! So disrespectful of us. Apartment was not in a great condition when we moved in, and lots of bugs. Overall not a terrible place to live by any means, but not worth the price.

I've had numerous property management companies and I will say that Cobblestone has by far been the best. I recently sold my rental property and they went above and beyond what I expected and made the transition super easy. Both Holly and Lindsay have always been fantastic of returning my calls, arranging for any repairs/maintenance that needs to be done, and keeping the renters happy. I highly recommend Cobblestone!

The overall aesthetics of the neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. The inside of the townhome I rented was up to date and clean. The office staff is professional and helpful. There is also a lovely pool area surrounded by trees.

The property is not safe. Multiple robberies and young women should not walk alone in the evenings by themselves. My roommates and I have felt unsafe living here on multiple occasions. The house we lived in was in terrible condiction. The appliances never worked and when they were “fixed” they would brake again and again. Outside residence brake in and use all of the amenities, it’s out of control here.
