We did the 5day/4night Ausangate Trek with Julio and had an amazing experience!! We were picked up right at our hotel in Cusco and drove through the very scenic countryside to the trailhead. Our team was professional, efficient, and welcoming! The gear was high quality - our tent and mattresses kept us warm through cold mountain nights. Our team supplied us with delicious 3-course meals with fresh ingredients and endless amounts of warm tea! Though we definitely felt the altitude the first day or two, Julio was patient and very encouraging. He answered our never ending stream of questions with enthusiasm. You really can tell he cares so much about his clients, his history, and his homeland. We saw incredible views the entire time and were able to meet with and learn from locals in the mountains. Julio ran the whole day seamlessly, taught us so much, and, answered our many questions with enthusiasm). This was such a special experience, and I would 10/10 recommend!!!

We hiked Salkantay with Percy and had an amazing time. Their chef was top notch. I was a little nervous as this was my first long distance trek but they made everything go smoothly. We enjoyed the summit, coffee plantation, and even went zip lining before making it to Machu Picchu! Highly recommend this company.

I did several activities during my stay in Cusco. At first, it was a little difficult for me to make my reservation with them since I couldn't find much information, but in the end we decided to go with a local company. Due to the few good recommendations they had, I was convinced and booked with them. I had a lot of doubts at first, but when I arrived in Cusco, they waited for us with very comfortable transportation and a warm welcome. We felt altitude sickness upon arrival, but our guide Elvis immediately gave us oxygen. Since our car was equipped with first aid equipment, we felt safe from then on. Everything was worth it since each place we visited was unique and special. Our guide made everything special since he was very knowledgeable about the place, and with the little we knew, we learned a lot and enjoyed ourselves during our time there. I really recommend this Wonders of Peru team, a local company that made us enjoy from price to finish. This trip, this team, made it one of the best experiences of my life. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. I'M GRATEFUL.
