Service was quick and the food was good. The only problem was the music was so loud that it was hard to hear the cashier call out the numbers. But that's probably a corporate issue.

I ordered delivery. If you have a section for special notes like, "bun on the side," why can't you follow it? Ordered two triple burgers with extra pickles and the buns on the side. The buns are like wet sponges on delivery. No extra pickles. Won't answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full so here's a review instead.

Heck yeah. Our burgers were really good. Quality meat and toppings. Nice sides options including sweet potato fries. Service was good, restaurant is spacious and clean. Prices were good too. I’m definitely going to return and look forward to trying more menu items.

I never grade fast food, but I've never been to this chain. This was a really, really good philly cheese steak sandwich! Toasted bun, plenty of beef, cheese and extra green peppers added. I can't wait until they expand so I can try them again. I was just passing through. Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Nice job!

Oh man, super nice staff even though it was late. They peeps know about wings! Look at this plate bro! Couldn’t recommend it more honestly. These this work their buts off and you can tell!

Not worth the money or calories. Very mediocre food. The "milkshake" is a pre-made F'real mix that they blend and add some canned whipped cream to. The fries get soggy by the time you get them home if you do takeout.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant felt new and clean. However, as I’ve read in multiple other reviews, the wings were the TINIEST excuse for wings I have ever been served 😂 (see photo). With so many other places in town that serve larger, delicious wings, WINGS n Burger Factory will have to step their game up. …

The chessesteack I ate was to dry it needed 😪 some butter oil and needed to Saute onions,garlic and bell peppers on the side then mix it in with the steak while it's cooking to give it authentic flavor Then top it with povolone cheese The bacon cheese fries I ate had very little cheese and big chunks of bacon when they should have been a little bit daced up like bacon bits As you can see with the fries not much cheese but big pieces of bacon
