This review is primarily for Chivon, the night front desk person who deserves recognition. She is very professional, kind, and helpful. She has made our stay here bearable, although we are going through a difficult situation. She is a wonderful employee because she sincerely expresses her customer service skills with a smile on her face. She has addressed our every need and we are very appreciative. She is the kind of employee that others should strive to be like. Breakfast was good and the lady who served it was nice. On the other hand, the rooms smelled weird and they definitely could have been cleaner. There was hair all over the tub and in the bathroom.

We arrived and the original room smelled like urine. We made them aware and they moved us. That was GREAT customer service. The hotel is going through renovations so there should be grace shown. The location of the hotel is not in the best spot behind a liquor store.

Our room smelled like a wet dog. It was HORRIBLE- we were moved to another room the next night which was somewhat better but still not great. I ended up buying a candle for room hoping that would help and we only stayed in room to sleep and left the minute we woke up. We would have canceled all together but we were moving our daughter into college and didn’t want to cut weekend short. Would not recommend.

Well maintained property with sufficient water pressure and plenty of hot water. Room (king) Wes spacious and well laid out for a Wyndham. Front desk was polite & efficient. Breakfast was a good variety and served in a spacious & clean environment. Good value for the money in an otherwise expensive college town.

Everything about the experience was mid except for the amazing service we received by Tony, the front desk clerk. He was helpful, patient, kind, considerate, friendly, efficient, and went out of his way to accommodate me. I wish more businesses had employees like him! Property has deteriorated and rooms are not clean; not a safe area for families. Front desk are awesome, and made my stay bearable! I preferred this location but will not stay there again due to the unsafe area.
