Had a great experience at Willys with friendly staff and amazing food. When I compare my experience at Chipotle and Barberitos, Willy’s always comes out on top. The food is seasoned just right and fresh. The restaurant is clean and the staff look like they are happy to be at work. I recently had surgery so I can never eat all my food and have left overs and everything re-warms well with no issues. I get a chicken bowl with black beans, corn, rice and cheese. A great combo.

we were pleasantly surprised by Willys, food was good, a bit pricey for what it is but worth it, loved the lady in the hot station, very friendly and enthusiastic about her job! i hope she is appreciated there, she made us feel very welcomed

CATERING FOR MY DAUGHTER’S WEDDING 7/11/25 The food was great and the servers (whom we paid extra to have for 4 hours) were great until they weren’t. Food was served and it was delicious. Everyone loved it. We had 2/3 of the people attend out of the 120 we catered food in for. After the wedding, the servers just left. Did not tell me, our coordinator, etc. they were leaving and left all of the hot food out in the prep kitchen. Servers were aware that a refrigerator was available (the unused cold toppings were put in the refrigerator) but instead, they left the food out and did not communicate with us that they were not putting the food in the refrigerator. We lost all of the leftovers. The bride and groom had to go through a drive thru after the wedding to get food. I reached out through email to Willy’s when they sent a survey regarding our experience. No reply from Willy’s to make this right. If you use them for catering and pay for servers, be mindful and aware of this issue! We have disputed part of our payment on my daughter’s credit card

Before I type any further, it's an ATL airport review. They had a violinist this day/time and I didn't have to tussle for a seat. The lady & gentleman tean in that specific area were on point! The service received was top tier. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. The total opposite of just a few day earlier on concourse C 🙃. Willy's staffed actually smiled and made the interaction enjoyable. Now the food, baby a rice bowl hate to see me coming. The rice was cooked perfectly. The steak was flavorful and plentiful. The toppings were fresh. I was able to get more or less of any condiment. The ancho ranch was good. The portion was a chefs kiss. I was even able to go back and retrieve my receipt after paying cash. Honest mistake and speedy interaction. I have flown in and out of ATL for years and just discovered this gem, in which I will revisit time and time again. Whomever was on staff 10/11/2025 around 230pm et should get a raise or if nothing else a praise for the magnificent customer service. Really made my meal enjoyable and the initial interaction memorable.

This location offers outstanding customer service. The staff members that work here are incredibly compassionate and kind. In particular, Mr. Reggie is an exceptional employee who consistently has a smile on his face, no matter the time of day. He always remembers our order, even on hectic days, and makes sure to greet us with a beaming grin. Every time he serves my husband and I, we are delighted. The staff is what elevates this restaurant above its excellent food.

My friend from work recommended Willy’s Mexicana Grill and let me tell this is my 2nd time coming back 🤗. The food is fresh, delicious and the perfect size. You get to pick and choose what you want on a burrito or bowl. Their sauce bar is the best.Definitely recommend you trying it out. Trust me, you’ll want to go back. The customer service is amazing as well.

Good alternative to something like Chipotle. Service was fast. You walk in and build your own burrito or bowl, or they have a couple of menu items for you to choose from. The Adobe chicken was good. Everything else was pretty on par with the other build-your-own bowl places. Nothing to complain about, just a decent lunch place to stop at every now and then.

Now serves some very, very poor quality "chicken" that is basically inedible, while it used to be very high-quality for years. Basically not worth half of what they charge now, and salsas often taste off too... I have to say, a suspicious amount of large boxes go out the front door some times too.

I think they’ve given up. Got a Willy Philly and they didn’t bother to chop the pepper, was just one big piece. The steak was so dry and overcooked that it was hard. Service was about the same. Had to wait for the server to finish her story she was telling her coworker before I could order. Like sorry, hope I’m not interrupting you. Lol. Maybe it’s just an off day but the service and food used to be soooooo good. I don’t know what happened.

Bummed out to see that unfortunately, by coming in to order, I committed war crimes against the employees of Willys. The man who starts the bowls off stared into my face with dead eyes and waved me away (literally like the shoo motion) when I didn’t move fast enough. Girl with the bandaid on her nose was rude, too quiet to hear, and gave me the wrong toppings. She was irritated that I asked her to repeat what she said. Woman at checkout was fine. I said please, thank you, and didn’t cause any problems for them. Please tell your employees that if they don’t like having a job where you serve customers, to find a new one 😀
