I am not a burger fan but this is my 3rd time visiting Whataburger. I visited the one on Atlanta highway, Athens GA & the one on Lexington Ave and I enjoy it everytime. I ordered the No. 5 without pickles ( chef's kiss). Love love the food the service & the place even the parking lot are spacious & clean. This has become my favorite chill spot

We stopped here on our way home to stretch and eat. First off the facility was very clean and seemed well kept up. We placed our order with Amillion and we had a large order. She was phenomenal (she needs a raise honestly). She was patient and kind and had no problem answering our questions. She never made us feel rushed or like we needed to hurry up. They got every bit of our order correct, even down to the no tomatoes. Everyone there did an amazing job! Also, their grilled chicken is delicious!!

Corretta was amazing! This was my first time eating here but my husband eats here frequently and loves it! He likes their spicy chicken sandwich better than chicfila!

Went in on halloween night. Ordered two of the whataburger combo with cheese. Got sweet tea for myself, Dr. Pepper for my girl. Carried it home. When we sat to eat, my fries were so stale I swore they had been sitting up there longer than need be. I tried my burger. It too was cold. The meal was not up to par. My girl said it was embarrassing with her being a native Texan. If this is the best you can offer, then I wont be back. I will give you that being short staffed could have been an issue.

While my recent experience was the night after the Alabama game - I didn't think I've ever had anything close to a smooth experience at this location. This time they were out of a variety of things (desserts, condiments, sodad) and their shake machine was down. But - Without fail when I've dined in, I end up having to go stand at the empty register and wait for someone just to tell them that I'm missing (at least) one thing from my order (for, at most, 3 people). On one occasion, they forgot whatever it was a second time. On another, the entire floor felt like it was cleaned with used fryer oil - it was legitimately dangerous in a few areas. And I understand that most folks there aren't getting paid enough to show up sober - but maybe don't put those folks at the front register. However - the manager(s) that I've spoken with have always been kind, the steps to speak to them not so much. While I appreciate Whataburger trying to fill the void in our greasy hearts left by the departure of Checkers, Hardee's, and The Varsity Jr. - this location just ain't it. At the corporate level - Please do better. Staff more, pay more, tell the CEO or franchise holder or whomever that he might not be getting that second yacht for Christmas this year. Provide a positive experience instead of one that is occasionally, at best, tolerable.

Great experience!! April specifically was super sweet, funny, and welcoming. It was late and they seemed a bit short staffed, but they still had everything out pretty fast. It was very clean and the food was great. Will definitely be going back!

We came around 8:30pm after a high school football game. We came with a whole bunch of teenagers and families and they took it like a champ! The food came out in good time and was hot and fresh. After serving everyone, the manager, April, came out and checked on us! She was very kind and personable! I will definitely be back and hopefully April is working when we do!

Every time I’ve come to this location I’ve waited 10+ min in the drive through(only person in line) and have been ignored, today same thing happened except they took my order this time, when I show up to the window no one was there or if they were they’d make eye contact and then just walk away, even a manager walked past the window, saw me and walked away, and there was literally no line or anyone in the building customer wise. I get food service ain’t it sometimes but this honestly turned me off from ever going to a whataburger again.

10/22 on nightshift around 9:20pm. I didn't hear a voice on the intercom after I sat in front of the driveway menu for a long time. So I pulled to the window because I thought maybe there was an issue with it. I saw the workers in there laughing and dancing and paying no mind. I waved at who I think I was the cook and she saw me and walked away. I honked my horn to get the cashier's attention. She and another girl looked at me waving, laughed, and walked away. I took my business elsewhere. I don't know how the night crew got hired but clearly they are worthless.

Kisha was AMAZING! We stopped by after a Georgia Bulldogs game and it was packed. She made sure our food was made hot and fresh and had a great attitude. We will definitely be stopping back by when we pass through Athens again.
