Need more parking especially if you are bringing in managers from a lot of other sites. Train order taking staff better. We couldn’t hear her speak. She got multiple things wrong in our order. I caught some but… One Burger was wrong and your fix was also wrong. Large fry and medium fry had same amount. See photo. Shouldn’t have to listen to your business meeting while I’m trying to enjoy lunch.

First time here. Burger was amazing ! And the milkshake and onion rings. Customer service was great ! Violet and Ve were so pleasant and nice. They both made us feel so welcome !

I have been to Whataburger a few times, and the people who work here are wonderful. It’s rare to experience good customer service in fast food restaurants these days, but it’s like they took the heart of Texas and brought it with them. And it’s also rare to get freebies from any fast food restaurants unless you have accrued several points. But this morning Rod blessed me with a free honey butter chicken biscuit as part of their free breakfast promotion and he blessed me with his kindness. I hope whataburger stays in Athens for years to come. Thank you!

I think it’s truly what you order here that it goes right. Have to find “your prize” meals. The breakfast ranchero is good & spicy. I would stay away from the chicken biscuit, but they get the BOB right.

Breakfast is always a hit here!! We always get the SEC biscuits. And love how it always comes with a round egg to order and it’s always hot and fresh!! There’s a little wait to get our breakfast but we don’t care because the food is always hot and fresh!!

I ordered through the drive through and asked for ketchup and ranch with my meal and I was told to pull forward for them to bring me my food and waited for 10 mins and my order was wrong then I didn’t get no sauce the person taking my order is name kahliyah smh someone please retrain this person to take simple orders but I did go inside to order what I asked for and the guys up front got me right and also asked if I wanted more sauce and drinks and got my order right even though I didn’t tell them how they messed up my order in the drive through but if you decide to order to go or the drive thru just go inside and do that the guys upfront actually double check your order

Crispyyyyy. I showed up at 1:00 AM on a Sunday night and they had some of the best fast food I've ever had. Everything was hot and crispy. Dr. Pepper light ice was perfect. Breakfast burger, honey chicken biscuit, hash browns, spicy ketchup and mayo on it all. Perfection.

The shakes.. banana pudding and birthday cake flavors are so good. The patty melt ..I can't away from. The melt and the burgers are HUGE and heavy.. I can not consume a full meal.. ohhh you have to try the cinnamon rolls 🔥

I've had the lunch here handful of times now and its absolutely amazing. Every burger I've had is very well made and tastes awesome. The fries leave alot to be desired, but they're not terrible. The breakfast is what I have a few problems with. I got the honey chicken biscuit which was OK. Its a frozen biscuit and the honey sauce doesnt taste much like honey. The hashbrowns are probably the best I've had from a fast food place so props there. But the worst part was my sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The eggs were green from sitting out for too long, and the patty was fully pink in the middle, with only a light char on the outside. I personally don't like my ground meat medium rare, as it poses a lot of health risks. But I blame the cook more than the resturant in that respect. It was so tasty I still ate half of it before the thought of raw meat made my appetite disappear. Ill probably try it again but i will definitely be taking a bite before I leave the parking lot just to make sure from now on.
