My 5 stars are dedicated to the amazing staff that works here. Very professional, hard working, kind and any maintenance requests were finished on the same day. My sister lived here for 2 years and she absolutely misses it. Pros: Clean Pool always, close to multiple highways, on an avg 14mins to UGA, 2mins to Costco, 2 mins to Publix, bottle shop, Walmart, Olive Garden. Cons: Older apartments have poor insulation, no deadlock from inside, partially gated, open parking with shade from trees.

I cannot emphasized enough how kind, communicative, and patient this team and complex is. I have just received approval for my apartment and they helped me in ways beyond expected. I am moving from out of state and they were flexible with communication, waiting for forms, adjusting deposits, absolutely anything you can think of. I never felt as if i was in the unknown, I worked with Averi who has been helpful since even before i applied when I was just first interested. They extended my application to work with me being out of state, took time to speak to my managers at work to clarify anything I could not communicate. This management is EXCELLENT! I cannot wait to live at Westpark Defeintely recommend! You can also schedule follows up if you want to move later in the year which helped me find my place!

I lived here for two years and the only reason I left was to be closer to my school and work. The best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! The management team were so friendly, as well as the maintenance team! Great place for dogs! My dog loveddd the dog park, there were always dogs at the park for him to play with! The common areas were always clean and the neighbors were so friendly!

First I wanted to say that Kristen is by far the most nicest person we have met!! Her attitude and energy is just absolutely very positive!! Kristen was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole tour and along with the application process!! It really helps having someone who lived on the property to help answer questions and concerns that you may have because she has probably experienced them!! I highly recommend Westpark!! This is an early update because we still haven’t moved in yet but my wife and I are excited to be apart of the community!! Thank you Kristen for all of your knowledge and help!!

I really enjoy living at Westpark Club! My leasing agent, Kristin, is really kind and welcoming, and was very easy to work with. My apartment is spacious and the maintenance people always respond to my requests quickly. I like the way the kitchen is set up, and the appliances work well. I love how big the bathroom is, and I love spending time on my balcony. The gate app works well, although occasionally the gate is a bit squeaky! I really enjoy when the complex puts on events, like last summers pool party and the mini pancake breakfast day! I hope there will be more of those events soon. I also enjoy the gym— it’s not huge but it has nice machines and the equipment is clean and well maintained, and it’s usually not crowded at all when I go. I also like the package system, it’s very easy to grab my packages from and I don’t have to worry about my stuff getting stolen. I plan to stay in my apartment here for the foreseeable future!

A very special and wonderful place to live! The environment here is lovely and the residents are very warm and friendly. The staff is top notch and helped us get settled in a very smooth transition. We are so happy that we moved here to be a part of the Westpark Club family!

My boyfriend and I were looking at a lot of apartments in the Athens area and we found Westpark Club on google. Upon walking in we were greeted by Kristen in the office who was so incredibly nice! Her personality was bubbly and welcoming which was very refreshing. We inquired about availability and eventually a tour of the complex. She was very knowledgeable about the complex and answered all of our questions with ease! She was very helpful and also inclusive of my boyfriend and I and that felt very good! Kristen was hands down the best person we interacted with today out of many other complexes in the area and her personality alone sold us on the place. However, due to availability and timing we did not end up going with this complex. I will definitely be recommending this complex to everyone!

The parking situation isn't always perfect, but I'd rather that than assigned spots + I live in the newer phase and it is beautiful. Everything I need in an apartment and it's near grocery stores/shops. I love the dog park for my pup and am considering renewing for another year and transferring from a 1 BR to a 2 BR with my partner! When we toured 2 BR options, Rose was knowledgeable and eager to help, plus Samantha offered great insight as the new Property Manager. Overall, the staff is intentional in their efforts to keep residents happy and it's a perfect little community for me as a young professional.

I loved living at Westpark. The front office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional. Kelly and LaKisha are always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. They're seriously just great people overall and make you feel at home. Emails are sent out to keep everyone up to date on the ongoings of the community. The walls seem thick; I never heard my neighbors. The area is very quiet and safe. It's also located at a great location with easy access to the loop and shopping areas. Louise and the other maintenance workers are very friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I would strongly recommend living here!!!

My husband and I have been living at Westpark for almost 3 years now and we absolutely LOVE IT! It's peaceful, beautiful and very convenient to shops, restaurants and schools. The staff is very responsive to our needs. The amenities are some of the best around: Huge pool, exercise facility, cabana, grills, firepit, tennis court, volleyball and more. We have events several times a year and our most recent was a movie at the tennis courts for Halloween. I would highly recommend Westpark to anyone. In fact...tell them I sent you! :)
