I ordered a chicken croissant and Cinnabon this morning. The food was old and I couldn’t pull the Cinnabon apart because the bread was so old. I called the store and they said I need to contact door dash. Well door dash didn’t cook the food. Show some responsibility for your actions, and stop serving old food. This was disgustingly wrong.

Love Wendy's meal deals - this Wendy's isn't particularly fast. The service is kind and attentive for the most part. The tables/eating area were fairly clean, probably typical what you find at fast food places, though maybe not the level of clean one feels particularly comfortable having food touch the tabletop surface and than eating it again. Dining area was pretty empty. The drive through is usually very busy and somewhat slow. Food came as expected, no issues there. Had 5 sandwiches, so we kind of had to look through to figure out which was which as they weren't labeled in any way.

I pulled in the Drive-Thru at 11:06 and there were three cars in front of me, one had already ordered and was waiting at the window. There was one car behind me. What should have been a 10-12 minute trip took double that. 11 cars behind me when I made it to the window to pick up my mobile order for a baked potato and chili cheese fries. I know this because I had to pull back around and get back in line only to cheat and hop in front of someone that was waiting to place their order. Had I not done this I would have still been waiting for my order for sure at the time of this writing. I requested some hot chili sauce, the cashier didn't acknowledge me but grabbed some and put it in the bag as she handed it to me silently. I thanked her and again, no response. My mistake for pulling out the way to let the drive thru proceed without first checking my order. No chili cheese fries in the bag. 10 minutes later I get to the window and she again doesn't even acknowledge me when I tell her I'm missing my chili cheese fries. She turned around and asked, "where those chili cheese fries?" She then handed them to me without a word. Not, "I'm sorry you had to sit here twice and wait an unreasonable amount of time for your mobile order." --- Which would have been a Managers typical response as she was clearly some type of shift leader at the least from her uniform and demeanor towards the other employees. Not even a, "Have a good night, thanks for choosing Wendy's," not a word. Terrible "service!" Cap things off with the fact that everything was cold. The cheese on my fries never melted and it was in the container in the bag for 15+ minutes. What looks melted is the cheese sauce beneath.

THEY suck, they were completely rude. We arrived at 11:52 and we did not know they closed at 12. They could have told us they were closed instead they complained and talked about us with the window open. Told us that they’ll give us 6 nuggets, but didn’t have any fries when we order two different meals. They cussed and called us names, it was ridiculous! Never go there, they’re trash!

The food is great however, the evening employees have been extremely slow and getting a lot of orders wrong. The credit machine was down at the drive through for the third time this week, so I went inside to order. I went in at 620 and left at Approximately 650 pm. The women in front of me recieved wrong order and so did I. There was no line at the drive through. I completely understand the heat, the need for breaks, not getting paid enough and being tired at the end of the day, i get it. But it took these employees forever just to get an order that wasn't even correct. 2 customers ahead of me with no line in the drive through and waiting for 30 minutes? I got a #7... the bacon pretzel burger..

Me and my family came last night for a bite to eat. The night crew did not care to do their job. The food tasted old and stale. Then when we brought the food back for them to remake, they complained about having to remake the food and still they gave us the same food back. If you eat here please have an iron stomach. Corporate will be called. Oh also, I wondered why the parking lot was so empty. Some people don't need to work in customer service. Your attitude represents the person you really are.

Hit or Miss, But When It’s Good, It’s Great I’ve been to the Wendy’s in East Athens quite a few times, and overall, I like Wendy’s as a brand, so I don’t want to be too harsh. But this particular location is definitely inconsistent—sometimes it’s fantastic, and other times it’s just a mess. The food quality varies. Most of the time, the burgers are fresh and taste great, but the fries are a gamble—sometimes hot and crispy, other times cold and stale. It really depends on when you go and how busy they are. The service is also unpredictable. It seems like they have a high turnover rate, so every visit feels like a roll of the dice. Some employees are friendly and on point, while others seem frustrated, rushed, or just plain uninterested. There have been times when my order was taken quickly and correctly, and the food came out hot and fresh—those experiences were great. But other times, I’ve dealt with long waits, missing items, and employees who seem checked out. At the end of the day, it’s fast food, so I don’t expect perfection. When they’re on their game, this location can be one of the better Wendy’s around, but the inconsistency makes it hard to fully recommend. If you catch them on a good day, you’ll leave happy—but if you hit them on a bad day, you’ll probably wish you went somewhere else.

Waited 10 minutes just to receive the wrong order entirely. I asked for saucy nugs and instead got loaded fries. I also asked for my biggie bag order to have spicy nugs and instead I received regular nugs. I also almost did not get my drink until I said something and once I said “I’m supposed to have a sprite with this” the guy at the window said “yeah bc I ain’t give it to you yet” in the most rude way possible making me feel stupid. Do not go to this location. Horrible experience and wish I could get my money back.

They are celiac friendly and went above and beyond to ensure there was no cross contamination, make me feel comfortable, and provide informative menu recommendations for any future orders. Great team, and I will definitely be back.

Staff were moderately nice didnt have much interaction with them. The refreshment machines were both out of most juice drinks and no lids for cups, the seating is pretty comfortable but there was a musty smell to the place and the bathroom was a mess. Food seemed ok as usual with every fast food place.
