The last 3 times I went they didn't have chili or frosties. Tonight I ordered a double well done with extra cheese which I confirmed on the drive through screen, but they gave me a single with one slice of cheese and the meat was very pink in the middle. I could barely understand the drive through cashier because she was speaking so quickly and smacking chewing gum at the same time.

Go here if you want to hate the food more then you hate yourself. The Oreo Frosty was good tho. Drive through people seemed more interested in trying to breedeach other than read the order details. Hope this helps y'all choose Captain D's or the McDonald's down the road.

I only gave a five star so this review would get seen! It seems to me every time that we go through the drive-through at Wendy’s on Prince Avenue in Athens, Georgia. Our food is somehow messed up or not done properly! This time the burger on the outside was burnt in the middle was raw. I do not like my hamburger meat raw. That’s disgusting. Y’all need to learn how to work your drive-through and your customer service there,because the employee there at night they have attitude as well. ! I really wish I could upload a photo of burger But for some strange reason, Google does not give me that option so therefore I will be going to yelp or some other platform to post a picture of this nasty burger in this occurred on. 8-10-2025

Just came thru the drive thru, my fries were cold, my chicken nuggets where cold and the one thing I really wanfted to enjoy which is the baconator fries were cold. Like the liquid cheddar cheese was could. This is a poor excuse of a resteraunt.

I'll start by saying I have loved Wendy's my whole life, I even own Wendy's stock for Pete's sake, but this new staff at my old local wendys is god awful. You can't get a person to even acknowledge that you exist when you are inside, and if you go through the drive thru, good luck. I've literally never had a burger from this drive thru that wasn't cold at the actualt time of the dang purchase. It's cold...when i try it-IN THE DRIVE THRU Save yourself some money and microwave your own food because in all honesty it would be too complicated for the employees here. If all I hear from the kitchen is you complaining about how much it sucks to have a paying job you probably shouldn't have one. If I was in charge of this district I would definitely keep an eye on this store and it's management.

Went there to order food told the girl to give us a minute my mom then politely said hello just to see if she was ready and the girl rudely said “I told you order whenever you’re ready” I won’t eat any where with miserable employees. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this Wendy and me working in fast food I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s a certain way to talk to customers bad day or not.

They acted like they couldn’t be bothered to take my order got the salad wrong served it in two lids taped together got a large tender combo and they gave me a small absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been and I travel for work

We came by at 11pm 4/19 wanting the good old Frosty! Me and my wife were feenin'! However the Frosty machine was "broken" the young lady said. Seems odd when the Late Night Window on a holiday weekend (Easter)... isn't able to sell its signature product! That's like Burger King saing that, "The Flame Broiler was offline." My wife hinted at the fact that the crew probably didn't want to have to clean the machine as they may prove difficult. I hope that wasn't the case. The burger was fresh and good. Fries were cold. Forgot my ketchup.
