A quiet little neighborhood. Clean, but an older complex. Don't expect pine straw near the apartments. Grass is mowed, but lots of bare ground. Check the utility bills for these places. Not sure about any insulation in the attics.

Recently, after several days of continuous heavy rainfall which prohibited me from leaving my apt. because there was a wall of water spilling over coming from the gutters, I asked the maintenance crew if they had time to clean the gutters so that it wouldn't happen when the next predicted rainfall began. They told me their schedule was tight but would add it to their to-do list. The next morning I heard footsteps on the roof, and they were getting all of the debris out of the gutters. After they did this they came down and cleaned my patio and all the surrounding areas of all the cruddy stuff that had blown out of the gutters. A little while later, as I was leaving for a luncheon engagement, they were testing to determine if there were any leaks that needed plugging. I was certainly impressed with the quality work they did and grateful my clean patio, step and walkway. Good Job to Waterbury Maintenance Crew.

This place doesn’t even get 1 star but here’s why. So the company that owns this place is awful. The apartments are outdated, no central heating/air, no smoke alarms, and they don’t even fix anything. They will keep your deposit so don’t expect to get anything back.
