I was shopping around the area and decided to stop by to eat, the staff were friendly and efficient, the waffles were crispy and flavorful, and the hashbrowns were cooked just right! Also had a chance to play gotye's song while I was there. I forget to tip my waiter which I apologize. definitely will be back!😃

Food's usually great, customer service pretty good too. But every time I come here, most of the tables seem to be full of the trash from the previous customer. I don't know if they only clear tables in waves or what, but it needs to be done more quickly. Half the tables are empty but they all have dirty dishes on them. And all but the counter seats is empty and the all too have dirty dishes in front of them today. I shouldn't have to wait for someone to clear a seat when there's that many empty seats.

Yeah, I’m working out of town and I come to this Waffle House quite often because it’s the only thing that’s open when I come to eat but today one of the servers splashed me in the face with water and the cook was 15 to 20 minutes late sitting in her car and the one that splashed me in the face was sitting in her car as well for 15 to 20 minutes however, my server was very nice when I got splashed in the face with water. I left immediately because I would’ve said something I should have And the thing is I tip well and my server was going to get a very good tip that day because she was the only one that was working at the Moment

I love Waffle House. I grew up near Avondale Estates where is all started and have enjoyed eating breakfast and other meals here for over 50 years. Excellent food and service. That’s why I’m SHOCKED at how rude the waitress was at this specific Waffle House this morning to me and my 91 year old father. We sat down at an available table and she yelled at us “YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO GET UP TILL I FINISH CLEANING THAT AND I’M READY FOR YOU!” I told her she was rude - asked for the manager, told him she was rude and we left. Enjoying breakfast at Cracker Barrel across the street instead!

So, this happened the other day to my good friend. They will not get my business ever again! Let’s make this waffle house famous!!!! “ I walked into a Waffle House, sat down, never acknowledged. Waited a few minutes. A white couple and child enter: “Hey, welcome to Waffle House. My patty melt was burned and they forgot to put the onions on it. The lady who took my order was very kind, but she wasn’t properly trained and couldn’t figure out how to get my giftcard to work, so I couldn’t use it. I truly only came because I had a giftcard. I was then handed my togo order and realized they had forgotten the waffle. Overall not a great experience…

Worst trip for lunch ive had. You guys owe me a free lunch after I wasted mine coming across town just for you to say oh we havent even started making it after 10 15 minutes. Im forced to each chips for lunch and ive been going here daily. One lady out of the crew recognizes me bc im on a motorcycle, the rest which ive seen more frequently, have zero clue whats going on. Seriously, manage your team.

Food was burnt and had a hair strand in it and there was a dead cockroach on the window. Server was sooo nice. I don’t think I’ll come back to this Waffle House again

Waffle House is one of those restaurants where I am thrilled out of my mind if they get everything right. This location got everything right! The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the food was prepared perfectly - with generous toppings for my "kitchen sink" hash browns. As a wonderful bonus, this was the best Waffle House steak I've ever had. And I really don't set the bar too high here because Waffle House is not exactly known as a steak joint. The establishment was clean and the prices were exactly what you'd find at any Waffle House. A big mural on the side of the building showing the Georgia Bulldog mascot is also neat and something that makes this particular Waffle House seem a little more like a local hangout. If I'm in the area and in need of a quick, tasty bite that's inexpensive, I will definitely keep this place in mind.

We came here to have breakfast and we enjoyed our meal and were served very kindly and friendly by the staff. Especially Alexis was very kind and she always checked in with us if we needed anything. Thank you very much. When we come back to Athens, Waffle House is definitely going to be our breakfast spot again! Hashbrowns, eggs, chicken sausage, and waffle with peanut butter chips were all super delicious!
