A very laid back place to stay. Very reasonably priced, clean. I cant say anything bad. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights. A little pavilion to sit under by the river with a fire pit, and plenty of seating. Cherokee is 10 minutes one way, and Bryson City is 10 minutes the other way. Keep an eye out for the elk. They will cross the road. Overall, we plan on going back.

Our church youth group absolutely loves going to Twin Rivers. It’s off the beaten path back in the woods and perfect for a group getaway. We occupied 8 of their 10 cabins and the lodge and we had so much fun. The bigger kids and adults loved going down to the river while the smaller kids spent hours upon hours playing on the playground /swings. The cabins had everything we needed. The lodge was perfect for gathering together for meals, it was fully stocked with pots, pans, and all sorts of cooking utensils needed to feed our small army. The lodge also has sound equipment and was a great place to have our church services as well. Mr & Mrs Holcomb (the property owners) are on-site close by and always answer all of our questions and concerns, they have been a pleasure to work with during our multiple visits over the years. We look forward to returning! After our most recent visit (June 2019) us adults were wore out but the youth group insists that even though there’s no cable, spotty cell reception and no video games they now want to go for a whole week next year. It’s good, wholesome outdoor fun for all ages.. rocking chairs on the porches included!
