We were greeted with a broken box spring at the front door; headboard/footboard on back porch; we made a phone call at the arrival and didn't receive a return call. The hot tub had was not clean; coffee pot didn't work. Not to mention the horrible dust. We have stayed at this cabin in the past but it is apparent the upkeep is a thing of the past. I had no idea I would get such a negative response... I sent an email to manager/owner and this is her reply... I totally regret fixing the bed for you. I would think you would have been grateful at our effort to make sure you had as many beds as needed and not complain because I could not get a box spring in my car. You have no clue of the expense and effort it took to get that bed fixed in that short amount of time. The rest of what you wrote- well- there a thing called a phone. You could have picked it up to call. There was nothing wrong with the hot tub you complained about. When I put the water into a clear glass it was crystal clear and when I tested it, it was fine.

We rented from this company, and all three families were amazed at the beauty and homey feel of the cabin. Julee was very responsive to every request, even making last minute arrangements at very late requests. Our group rent vacation homes fairly often, and this home was by far the most well stocked and furnished we've ever rented. We appreciated the small things that make it a little more convenient. All the families are looking forward to renting from them again. As families who live in a tourist area ourselves, we understand that sadly not all renters treat vacation rentals as the gracious privilege they are. If you rent from Twelve in the Mountains you can be assured Julee will have the cabin very neat, clean and we'll stocked when you arrive. Please leave the cabin in clean, functioning order when you leave so that those following you can continue to enjoy the gracious privileges as well.

We have stayed at multiple different properties rented through Twelve in the Mountains and all of them are exceptional. Each cabin has it's own unique feel to it. All are very nicely decorated and have literally everything you need for a relaxing stay. Super kid friendly. So peaceful, comfortable and CLEAN!!!!!! Beds are comfy provided with fresh linens. We really enjoy relaxation in the evenings on the awesome back decks! Some have screened in porches some have swings. Gorgeous views!! Just truly a wonderful getaway. Julee really goes above and beyond for her guests. She is always there and quick to answer any of your questions or needs. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Julee was an absolute pleasure to work with extremely accommodating as she didn't want to work Christmas Eve but I begged and promised we wouldn't contact her unless a disaster happened and she gave in and rented to us. We upheld our promise as well lol. Thank you so much for that Julee! The cabin was so cutely decorated for Christmas. The fireplace was a delight and relaxing. Everything was perfect! I will and have recommended her to our friends or anyone that asks. Thanks again for all of your help

My family and I have rented from Julie for the past 4 years. Julie is one of the nicest ladies, and always goes above and beyond whenever we have had any issues. Very personable and friendly, I definitely recommend! We always stay in “Bella Vista” for our annual family vacation to the mountains. Ellijay is absolutely breathtaking! Thank you Julie and the rest of your staff for always taking care of us and making sure our stay is never anything less than perfect!

I would love to write a review about the cabin but Julee cancelled my reservation through VRBO without cause. I requested clarification about the pet fee which did not match the amount on the contract I signed. I also said I could not promise a 5 star review prior to my visiting the cabin, but would be happy to review afterwards (all in email so I have everything in writing). Apparently, she felt that I offended her. So now, 3 days prior to arrival during peak season, I have no reservation. Filed a complaint through VRBO who will be contacting the cabin owner and the rental company. We pay a fee for our VRBO reservations to be secure. Very disappointed with this very unprofessional behavior. However, reading these reviews, I should not be surprised. Reviews on her last company Lonesome paws were negative as well.

We were in Ellijay Georgia this past weekend. Rented a cabin through Lomesome Paws rental. It was a nightmare. They didn't have our information at the gate we were turned around had to sleep in our cars with our children for fiur hours before anyone git back in touch with us. My nephew Corey Mays was so upset because he planned a family vacation and it was a diaster let alone embarrassing to him. The cabin was very dusty sheets not cleaned white substance on bedding. Everything had to be washed. My sister in Christ woke up with bites on her body and she will be going to the doctor to be checked out. We were not treated fairly at all don't know if color played a part in this at all. It just wasn't right. We have stayed in many cabins in Tennessee and never was treated this way. So becareful when renting from Lomesome Paws Realtors.

The cabin was nice, my only advise to anyone booking is to book through the site and not vrbo, for the extra fees. I booked through vrbo, and added 5 people and was charge another 300 for what ? I have no idea, and when i ask they told me that it was only 14 per guest.. it was a beautiful experience just book through the site because spending over 1200 for 3 nights is not worth it.
