Downtown branch needs new staff. The one teller who sits to the right when you walk in is super sweet but the others are rude. I went in this AM to do a deposit and the nice lady was working the drive through and the other was on her computer. She told me someone would be with me shortly and when back to eating and drinking and talking to the computer, yes talking to it. She never once again acknowledged me and offered no assistance. I was the ONLY customer in there. This branch is horrible.

The atm doesn’t work, so I pull up to a speaker & after sitting there for 5 mins, a van pulls up, a woman walks up & then I’m noticed. I tell the last what I want. 3 mins later, another black lady comes to the window & asked what I want? Excuse you? I see this is the definition of Hiring Need Help! Since the merge, it has been complete $uckery, on BB&T behalf. Suck a$$ service!

I opened a SunTrust business account online. I made an initial deposit of several thousand dollars at a branch the next day. Somewhere along the line they decided to close my account under their clause that says "we can close an account at any time for any reason or no reason." (That's not a joke, page 27 of their rules and regulations). So they closed the account and told me that they were going to return my funds by check within 15 days. 15 days passed and nothing. I called - they had not sent my money back. They promised they would. 7 days passed and they called me. They had not sent back. It's now been more than a month that they've been holding on to several thousand dollars of my money, promising to send it back but never actually doing it. No reason given, just caprice. Will recommend against them at every opportunity. If it's important to you to deal with banks that are honest and actually let you take your money back, you should choose some other bank. TL;DR - Suntrust took several thousand dollars to fund a new account, closed the account, and still hasn't returned the money more than a month later.

Natasha is very helpful. I had fraudulent charges on my account and Natasha helped with every step to get those charges removed. Truist had blocked my account before I even had a chance to report the fraudulent charges. The dispute was handled very quickly. Natasha spoke with me every day and help me watch my account until the situation was handled. Thank you so much.

I used to come in all the time to make cash deposits and there used to be the rudest teller who always made me feel bad about not using the ATM. The past few times I have dealt with either Sheila or Billie Jo and they are phenomenal. Much much more accommodating than the teller I used to deal with.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. Suntrust has just went even further down since the merger. All customers need to be aware of the new $5.00 monthly fee (Enhanced Check Image Fee). Just another way to make a profit!!!!!

These guys have been incredibly helpful and efficient and have even waived many bank fees that were my own fault. Mark Allen, (and Crystal previously), has been easy to work with and attentive and takes care of business. I have mortgages, bank accounts, savings accounts, and multiple LLC's with Suntrust. - I may not love banks in general, but I stand by them. All the way. Top 3 banks in downtown Athens, Georgia. - best of luck, nelson wells, team clermont

Absolutely terrible. Mark Allen was marginally helpful with what we wanted on a small, but then was utterly unhelpful and unsympathetic when our car was towed away out of their parking garage. Such a bad experience that it threatens to drive us away from Suntrust entirely. Stay away from this branch.
