We absolutely loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived, Andre at the front desk made us feel so welcome — he was friendly, professional, and helped us with everything we needed. Wendy from housekeeping was also amazing; she kept our room spotless every day and was such a kind, hardworking lady. The whole experience was wonderful, and we felt so comfortable and taken care of. We loved it so much that we decided we will book this hotel for November — this time bringing our whole family and wedding party to stay here with us for our big day!

Nice stay at the Tru by Hilton. Chuck at the front desk was a highlight. Went above and beyond to insure we were happy with our room. Great service from start to finish. There is laundry with many washers and dryers. Good amount of snacks to purchase. Free breakfast in the morning was 5 star as well. Thank you

My stay at the Tru by Hilton in McDonough was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel's location is excellent, and for the quality you get, the price is truly amazing. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What really sets this hotel apart is the lobby. It has a wonderful, modern design and is a great place to hang out, with a pool table and a few games to enjoy. The staff were also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always making me feel welcome. A huge bonus was the 12 PM checkout, which made the morning much more relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel!

My new favorite place to stay in McDonough, GA. I traveled down for a vacation & family reasons. Chuck checked us in. Great personality. A people person. Throughout the stay we became very fond of other employees: Tanja, Andre, Glen, Dimples, and Nicole. AWESOME TEAM!!! They made my grandson feel right at home. He enjoyed playing pool & watching his pancakes being made in the mornings. The complimentary breakfast was good. Nice variety of breakfast items. Our rooms were clean, and plenty of parking. The hotel does offer a gym as well. I love the location. Very close to the highway. The highway noise was not an issue. It’s a shopping center across the street and several restaurants. I’ll be returning soon.

Great hotel. Pick it due to Destination Chargers from Tesla. I will never stay in a hotel with "paid" chargers. Well marked, EV charging is a great perk and this hotel has that. Plenty of chargers and well marked so no one blocks them! As for the rooms, they are your standard no frills Tru rooms. I love that Hilton has made this brand for no frills, clean rooms at a lower price than Hampton and other Hilton properties Hotel was clean, breakfast was great, nice well lit parking. Friendly staff Great stay!

Stopped by last minute on a trip south. They had room availability and a newly hired service agent, Chuck, provided excellent service. He even offered local restaurant advice when I inquired. 5/5 star service. Rooms were on the smaller side but updated. My wife claims that was the best hotel bed she has slept in, in a while. Shower had good pressure and temperature and the HVAC got good and cold. Only complaints was if you are bothered by highway noise you can slightly hear it due to proximity and the breakfast was your standard free continental but the hot options were lacking. The coffee was good for hotel coffee.

We have stayed at this location multiple times, however it is starting to show its age. Scuffed paint, bathroom door that doesn't close completely. The free breakfast was underwhelming, with a lack of frozen or dried fruit inclusions for the yogurt and questionable cleanliness of some of the equipment (toaster).

First and last time. The receptionist was more engaged with her phone conversation that she didn’t even hang up the call. The room- when I pulled the sheets back there was hair on the sheets🤢and when we asked for new sheets they were dingy.
