We stayed 07/2025 for a week in Bear Paw Cottage#7. Excellent location - close to Helen and surrounding areas. Dog Friendly. This small one bedroom cabin with loft is secluded from the rest of the property, which is perfect if you have dogs with you. Overall solid place to stay close to area attractions.

Best kept secret in the Helen area! So peaceful and serene. Not far from town and very convienent to Unicoi State park. The rooms are adorable, well kept and clean. Two person hot tubs at every cabin and a nice picnic and fire pit area in the back! This is a must!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and absolutely loved it! Our cottage was perfectly sized for two people (although if you had one or two kids I think it would still be comfortable). Loved the jacuzzi! They are close enough to Helen but without being right in town. I love how many nice hiking trails are nearby too! We hiked the double waterfalls at High Shoals Falls Trail (north 75 a little ways). It's close to Raven Cliff Falls too, but that trail was closed due to forest fires. I highly recommend staying here. Great place at a great price...one we could actually afford!!
