I had a truly wonderful experience living here during my time as an international student in the U.S. Mrs. Cunningham, the property manager, was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to help me while I was staying here. I’m so grateful for her kindness. Mr. Carlos and the rest of the staff were always friendly and responded to any maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Like another reviewer mentioned, I would also like to give all the staff here five stars. The community is also very warm and welcoming, and I loved having such kind neighbors. This apartment made my first experience living in the U.S. so much more comfortable and memorable.

If you’re looking for a warm, safe, and comfortable place of living this is the place!!!! I love it here! It’s very well established, the management is the absolute BEST! I live here and I’m wanting to break the lease for so many reasons. smh. My neighbor recently installed a door bell camera and when I say they hear everything and see everything—-it feels like invasion of privacy. We had unnecessary exchange of words in the breeze the way— as if I have no right to display my concern as to the location of her door ringer. The camera is directly facing/ installed at my door.🚪 and though that may not be her intentions for I have considered installing one myself— bottom line it is invasion of privacy. Neighbors need to take into consideration when installing these ring cameras in apartment complexes that it could lead to legal matters. Moving forward — My daughter isn’t allowed on the property which affects visits from my grandchildren and holiday gatherings. It has become a “inhabitable” and abit lonely due to her being banned from the property. Parking is awful. Tenant parking isn’t available for those arriving home late hours. Though staff does enforce rules that is all that can be done or being done. I’ve lived here over 8 years. There is still yet plenty of opportunities for improvements. It has its pros and cons living here. Emotional intelligence is needed to deal with management. Period.

Mr.Horn and Mrs.Cunningham have been great managers to me and my kids since we moved in March 2023. Any issues I have had they always was one call way and solve the issue immediately. And the maintenance of the property is well-kept and maintained. If I could give more than five stars and express how an awesome managers they are I will. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to live on the property. They are the true of real respectful managers.

I moved over here at the end of 2018 with the help of the 4th street team. Since 2022 I haven’t had any issues. When I need something fixed I put in a work order and they come fix the problem. If they have to order parts for any appliances they always keep me updated. The team and maintenance person they have working now is TOP TIER! The young lady and gentleman that came in 2021/2022 has cleaned this place up and rid of problems with trespassers, disrespectful tenants, and people breaking the lease. They do their job professionally and don’t show favoritism. I will say when I first moved maintenance wasn’t all that good with doing their job on time but it eventually got done. The new maintenance guy we have now goes above and beyond doing his job. I must say 4th street village team y’all are greatly appreciated. Keep doing what you do. I’m a happy tenant! I love it here.

The staff is amazing and the apartments are wonderful ! I love staying here and also the environment is very welcoming! Also when I have a concern with anything it is fixed the same day , light bulbs etc ! It is such a blessing to have such caring and loving property managers !

I'm a resident at fourth street. I moved here August 1, 2010.I want to give high 5's to our new manager Shae Cunningham and our assistance manager Jeremy. I've seen much progress in this community with the manager and assistance manager. I can say they are doing a great job getting our community back to where it needs to be. I have seen much improvement from this staff also. We must work together as a community. I welcome our new staff to 4th Street Village Apartments. I thank Ambling for bring this team to our area.

The staff at Fourth Street Village have been very helpful and supportive from the start of my residency at this property. They are also extremely friendly and responds quickly when I have any questions or concerns regarding my unit. I can see myself being here for a while! Thank you to the staff for all you do!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If you are looking for a nice community/professional leasing office this is not the place to move! I lived here and had several problems from no heat to excessive mold! Any problems you'll basically have to take care of them yourself. My car was towed from my own apartment for not being parked near the wall. While other cars parked in residence parking and was never towed. Come home past 9 there's absolutely no parking near your apartment! Good luck parking down the street. When my lease was up and I could finally move my whole deposit was taken (300 dollars) plus I was billed a extra 150.00 for painting 3 walls that I was told I could paint. Because the 3 walls were blue from the previous tenant. But what paint cost 450.00?? I was told everything was good when they did a walk through, but ended up losing 300.00 and owing 150. It gets worst but on top of that when you call corporate they will not let you speak to anyone and when your name and number is taken they never return your call. Sad excuse for so called business people!! Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. I wish I could give them a negative rating!!

I have lived at 4th St. Village for over one year. I can not express how greatful I am to have found this place! My experience with the move in process was perfect. The leasing manager and leasing agent were professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful every step of the way! I live in a 2bd/2ba apartment and it is incredibly spacious. There is plenty of natural lighting, which is always a plus for me! The best thing about 4th Street Village is the community!! All of my neighbors have been so friendly and helpful whenever I've needed it (special thanks to all of my neighbors who helped me with the bigger furniture pieces). It's peaceful here! What more could you ask for!?
