Chic Hair Affair
Living at The View at NoDA has been a great experience overall, and a big part of that was thanks to Miranda, who managed the property up until this week. From the start, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Most times when I stopped by the office, she was working alone handling everything and still making time for me and to listen to my concerns. As time went on, it became clear that she was beginning to become overwhelmed wearing multiple hats to keep everything running smoothly. Despite the workload, Miranda continued to show up with a positive attitude and genuine care for the community. Her dedication was not unnoticed, and she’ll definitely be missed. As a result, I will not be renewing my lease beyond expiration. Wishing her the very best in whatever comes next!

As one of the first residents to move in this community, I’m disappointed to say I would not recommend this property at the current time. Our recent community manager has resigned due to residents trashing talking her despite all her efforts to help them and maintain the property. The locked gates are now broken, there is plenty of trash on the grounds, and the buildings are starting to smell of marijuana despite every lease holder agreeing to a no smoking contract. The only contact we have received in our portal is from our leasing consultant, Kendra Randolph, who seems to be unprofessional from her vague communications. With the absence of a community manager, I’m afraid it may be tricky to have needs met here as a tenant.

I toured this place because I am considering them for my next move! The pictures does the place no justice! It is absolutely stunning in person. We were greeted upon immediate entry and were asked how we could be helped. When I called and asked for directions, the lady was extremely nice and helpful. The apartments are very spacious, the gym is spacious, all of the amenities are very clean. I look forward to becoming a resident. They have very reasonably priced units and offer discounts to people who qualify (based on lower income). I haven't moved in yet but this place is definitely at the top of my list when my lease is up in a few months.

The woman who runs the office is nosy, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful. She constantly watches people’s doors, questions who’s visiting your apartment, and acts like she owns the place. She even sits in the office on weekends, clearly more interested in spying on tenants than doing her actual job. When there was a break-in, she never notified residents — no warning, no communication, nothing. That’s a major safety issue, and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, other residents feel the same way but are scared to speak up because her demeanor is cold, unwelcoming, and intimidating — not what you expect from someone managing people’s homes. And when corporate is around? She’s suddenly all smiles and fake professionalism. It’s obvious, and it’s exhausting.

I’ve never in life seen somebody so invested in other people’s lives like this property manager is. She makes it so uncomfortable for anybody to stay here! It’s a freaking Saturday the Office is Closed and here she is Sending out Emails my god find something to do.

They never answer their phone or respond to email inquiries I finally got to tour the place for the price to be different than what it was online the staff was extremely rude during my tour they started a zoom meeting and just waited for me to leave
