Our dream was a backyard wedding and our wedding was a dream come true at the Venue at Aberdeen. We drove past Aberdeen after we had already booked our date at another venue but thought we would tour the venue anyway. We were blown away with the property and all the renovations that had taken place. We forfeited our previous deposit and signed with Aberdeen immediately! We are extremely fortunate to be able to do this and we have absolutely no regrets. The property was big enough to host our rehearsal dinner, our large family and had also space for bridal parties to stay for the weekend. Not to mention all the fishing we got to do! This place felt like home. They made it possible for our two dogs to be apart of our special day as well, which means the world to us. The grounds keepers Tom and Emory are exceptional. They catered to all our needs and they never stopped working to keep the venue looking nothing short of perfect for our weekend stay. Tom even tied my husband’s tie for him. I can't say enough good things about the venue and the team, they are some of the friendliest people we have ever met. Tom is our guy! We are so grateful. We used their wedding coordinator Gilly Francis (see reviews on her website for how amazing she is..Gilly Francis Events) and would highly recommend Gilly for all wedding/party events. We always love getting to work at The Venue at Aberdeen! It’s such a nice spot. It's clean, well laid out, and perfect for weddings. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful, and the indoor space works great for receptions with plenty of room for dancing and celebrating. But what really makes it great is the team. They’re easy to work with, super helpful, and keep everything running smoothly. As a DJ company, that kind of partnership makes a huge difference. If you're looking for a solid venue that looks great and runs like clockwork, we highly recommend Aberdeen. Always a good time when we're there!

Somehow a blank slate to be personalized while at the same time already containing the right significant and understated touches to stand out on its own… and this description and opinion goes for the entire property, all buildings, ponds, cabin, chapel.. each space has been cultivated with experience and love.
