The Bad: You have to park in the back of the hotel as the front is 2 hour parking. This means lugging your stuff up the hill to go through the front or up stairs in the back. The front desk was empty for a good 15 minutes when we arrived to check in. The only elevator is tiny. The room fridge was not clean and wouldn't keep things cool. The room AC wouldn't keep the room cool enough to sleep comfortably. The bathroom door has a frosted window meaning if someone gets up in the night, the light from the bathroom floods the sleeping area. The Good: Spacious room. Fairly quiet. Nice location. I want to love this hotel but it needs improvements.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is because I don't believe my bed linen was changed prior to checking in. I have blonde hair just past my shoulders and when I crawled into my bed I found multiple short black hairs and the sheets were also stained. It was so late when I went to bed I said hell with it and crawled in making sure to shower when I got up. All other areas were very clean.

Beautifully renovated facility; unimpressively managed, at the time of our stay, though we understand there are some new hires starting soon who are sure to improve. Overpriced. Front desk staffer on check-in was… aloof, at best — a poor choice for that position. Thermostat in room had a limit that was too high to properly cool. TV was fixed to wall, not adjustable, in such an odd position it was worthless for watching from either loveseat or bed. Continental breakfast was insufficiently stocked & maintained. Positives: In room - bed, bath, loveseat, Keurig coffeemaker. Generally - nice back patio; decor / atmosphere of lobby and in-house bar/restaurant (we did not dine or drink there so can’t rate that experience). Public parking was easy and plentiful with little going on in Elberton that weekend. Overall: a reasonably comfortable stay but not for the price. Overpriced by 25-50%. Would not consider staying there again at a published rate of more than ~$110 given that fees and taxes will add ~16-20% or so. Needs improvement.

Top notch establishment. Every worker was phenomenal. We couldn’t find availability on line and were tired for the night so walked in and they had rooms. Room was nice and clean. We woke up too late for breakfast, but they still made us coffee and muffins for the road. Great stay

This hotel has been recently renovated and redecorated and it shines: stunning lobby, beautifully layered colors and fabrics, tasteful and nuanced curation. It was pleasing to the eye in every way. We also adored the bartender at the hotel bar. Less pleasing are the pillows: hard foam pillows you would expect to find at a roadside Holiday Inn Express, not the premier boutique luxury hotel this is in every other way. We will definitely come back and stay again but will bring our own pillows. Otherwise loved it here. ❤️

Very nice place to stay. Overall an above average hotel right in the middle of the small town of Elberton. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The water pressure was a little low but no problem. There is breakfast with several hot options available. The staff were polite and friendly.
