They’ve recently upgraded the laundry rooms and they look amazing! They’re much bigger with newer machines and it’s even easier now that u can use QR codes instead of coins! Office staff is amazing and addresses any concerns I have with care! Definitely would recommend.

My experience living in the apartments was a really good one. I have nothing to complaint, The apartment was nice, and I felt it was decent, especially considering the price we were paying. Overall, it was quite a nice place. Never really had an issue with my apartment, Ms, Sanese at the Lease Office, always greeted me with a smile and was always willing to help. In fact, I had many questions about the process and the payments and she always took the time to answer them.

The office staff are incredibly rude and entitled as if this is the only place in athens to live. The complex looks like a landfill. Trash and debris everywhere. Maintenance request are ignored. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone that's hard working ans wants to live in a harassment free environment.

I can't vouch for actual living conditions, but I will say that the leasing office and overall application process for this complex does not bode well. It's $50 just to apply and you have to complete a lot of documentation quickly with little assistance in the process from them. You also need 3x base rent in monthly income in order to qualify without a cosigner. I was asked to have 3rd party information on a very quick turn around, i.e. I was emailed back in response to a question at the end of the work day and expected to have my employer reach out to them by noon the next day. I know my opinion on this may be misinformed given that this is my first time finding an apartment by myself, but overall it seems awfully pricy just to get an initial response followed by what I would consider unprofessionalism.

I love living here it’s very quiet, very convenient, close to highways, grocery stores, parks and schools. the staff is super friendly Connie makes my day every time.

The laundry room is a disaster. I understand it’s a shared space but it is never cleaned and 2/8 washers are flooded and have been for many weeks. 2/8 dryers do not work and also haven’t been fixed. For an apartment complex this size you think the two laundry rooms would be maintained.

I love my new apartment it's spacious. The ladies in the office are wonderful to work with. Maintenance is always helpful when needed. It's also close to everything in athens. I also want to add that there is lots of closet space which is needed when you have kids.

I live my new apartment the office personal really took time to get my apartment ready for move in the application process was seamless the Office Manager and her staff are very helpful, and they have a sense of urgency when it comes to maintaining the property and keeping residents happy.

Honestly, if you can find another place to live please do. Maintenance is nice, the women working the front desk are as helpful as they’re able to be. Management is a pain to work with and we’ve had multiple problems in the 4 years we lived here. Maintenance requests take forever. We had to threaten to call a housing inspector a few times for them to finally fix issues. The Ac/heating unit was broken for 6 months in the winter, after a pipe burst it took them months to come and fix mold damage, pest control is a joke. Maintenance orders are constantly getting “lost”. It took them nearly 2 months to fix the dishwasher. They used to have tenants slide rent checks under the door for after hours, we were told it was safe to do so and that is what they wanted. We had our $1400 rent check stolen out of the leasing office building. They failed to notify us that they “didn’t receive rent” until the last week of the month. Sent us an eviction notice and tried to blame us for the theft that was taken place on THEIR property. We had to pay it again, despite me having video proof that I did in fact pay the rent in the manner that they had requested. We were never able to recover the stolen money, as we were notified far too late to be able to stop the money orders from being cashed. Management changed 3 times in the 4 years we lived here. None of them have ever been any better than the last. The pool never seems to be open, as it’s always “under maintenance” during the hottest months of the year. At that point just stop advertising a pool. Management really needs to figure out how to communicate stuff with both staff and tenants.
