It is the worst experience I’ve ever had! After the complex had been sold to Ceilo at Azulyk Athens, the problems even got worse! The new management started some work like painting outside of the buildings( which was already good), they even painted the ground and they drew lines for parking! It seems good. Hear after this! But they never work the apartments which are currently occupied. Of course, they asked us to increase rent, for 1 bedroom 25% increase even though they did not do anything inside! I told them that my apartment is very old, has full of cockroaches (no matter how much pest control I had), and I am an old tenant, finally they told me that I will have 10% increase! Today, I saw my new lease and it is 25% increase! I believe her name was MARIA, she told me that the previous person got fired because she was offering low prices to people! Now, they are asking me to sign the new lease with their term, or to move out! The new front desk lady has 0 empathy and is so rude. All she is saying, it is not our problem, the person that you talked doesn’t work here anymore here! Either you stay with our new term or move out although she was working with the new company! If you need anything from them, they will say no! That’s is the biggest problem, if you ever need to break the lease, they don’t allow you to sublease. Instead two months rent plus your deposit! Before you sign up, please think million times! It will be your worst decision! Last but not least, I am not telling the cockroaches problem I have been having! No matter what you do, the problem is there. It’s not only me, you are welcome to stop by and ask anyone living here. All they say wi;ll be we have this much or this much. Guarantee you that anyone say I have cockroaches!

This place is a real dump and trash, please go rent somewhere else , they will lie to you about their prices, the one bedrooms ends up being $1400-$1600 a month, people it’s not worth it please Don’t move here , if you move from here they want give your security deposit back, they will make up things and charge you for stuff like cleaning smoke and the patio , I don’t even smoke due to having bronchitis, there’s lots of roaches, the neighbors left trash out that cause maggots all over the hall and they didn’t care😡 washer and dryer don’t work in the apartments , if they are broken they want fix it, they tell you it’s not there problem 😡 again please don’t rent here you can find better somewhere else , this property don’t care about their tenants!

Terrible. Customer. Service. They charged me $125 for the application, and the application approval process alone took two weeks when in reality it should take less than 30 minutes. The employee(s) needed me to provide my guarantor's information, and when I gave them the info, they never processed it until I had to call and harass them everyday just so that they can do their job. By that time, I became extremely frustrated and annoyed with their lack of communication and terrible customer service. It's like as if they don't even want you to rent here in the first place. Even after my application was approved, they never had the decency to send me the lease or instruct me on what to do next. After multiple calls, I finally learned that you are expected to pay a ridiculous $300 "holding fee" that's not even the security deposit just so that they can send you the lease (and it's not refundable). I'm so glad I backed out before giving them away any more money. I then applied for an apartment from another rental agency and the application to lease process literally took a day. If signing a lease was going to be this difficult, I can't imagine asking them for any help if I was actually a tenant. Honestly their whole entire business just seems super disorganized, sketchy, and scammy. I would look for other options.

One of the worst places to live in Athens. I moved in 11/2022. Everything seemed fine the first 2 months, then I noticed when I was late on my rent that the late fee charged was $200. It isn’t supposed to exceed 10% of my rent, which is only $1000, making my max late fee $100. I refused to pay until it was fixed, they took me to eviction court where I proved they were wrong, paid the correct amount & continued to live here. Since then, maintenance has been useless. The paint in my bathtub is peeling, it stays clogged, the AC unit leaks puddles of water all over my living room floor, there are roaches coming from other apartments who decline the pest control which isn’t fair because I’m a clean person and I don’t want roaches in my items, the front door handle has been loose going on 3 months, there’s no assigned parking so people who live in other buildings just park in front of my building so I have to park on the other side of the complex and walk to my apartment, they’ve changed management AT LEAST 5 times since I’ve lived here & nothing is ever communicated so I’m currently going through the exact same battle of the late fee issue. The walls are thin, the neighbors are loud (not a huge deal), and they have lawn maintenance out here what seems to be twice a week EVERY week which is loud and they blow leaves and debri right into my apartment under the door. The “new” laundry room is worthless. None of the machines ever work like they’re supposed to & it’s always dirty! The office staff doesn’t reply to emails so there’s no communication. The longer I live here, the more I feel like I’m turning into a Karen & I don’t want to.

My name is Monquiette. I filled out my application for a studio and was contacted by Ty Tarpkins the leasing agent that I was approved. I went to the complex and was treated with the utmost respect Ty was very professional, very respectful and welcomed me to the community. This is the kind of people we need around to lift people's spirits she made my day.💖

This place is INFESTED with cockroaches, I mean it, it doesn't just have cockroaches, it is INFESTED. We'll see if the new management will be responsive and address the issue. I will expand my review. Prices have skyrocketed disproportionately. The location is good.

What a terrible attitude! The new manager of CIELO AT AZULYK ATHENS is terrifyingly, notoriously bad! bad! bad!. I have been living in this territory before the new company took over! Now, they are asking me to increase my rent 25%! If I do not agree on this, they are asking me to leave to building so that they can put someone new and charge more the unit! The laundry room is out of order and they have not fixed more than a mouth! She definitely does not care what the tenants think! She was so rude! FYI, the place is under infestation of cockroaches, spiders and mice! Before you do sign any lease in this complex, please stop by talk to current tenants! You can not find any tenant living here for a long time anymore! If you have a lease and wanna break, here is the deal! 2 months rent plus your deposit! These people are crazy and someone stop stop this harassment for the sake of god!
