This was the best family getaway for us "city" folk. We loved it. My grandsons so enjoyed walking the field, feeding the animals and swinging on the tire swing. My sons in law visited the lake a couple of times to fish. The service was immaculate; warm, friendly and inviting. I can not say enough about the breakfast. Pumpkin spice French toast, biscuits with gravy and homemade cinnamon raisin toast. So glad I came. Will definitely be returning.

From Chicago, I booked a 60th birthday party for my beloved sister. I struggled to find a venue in Georgia (within a couple hours of Atlanta) that had the look/feel I was looking for (farm to table with a beautiful setting). I was thrilled to find The Farmhouse Inn. I worked closely with Leslie to plan the perfect brunch for 28 people. I was so nervous for how the day/event would go. Leslie assured me it would be great. And it was. Walter's brunch menu was pretty and yummy. Every guest raved about the food. Ashley helped every step of the way and made the weekend run smoothly. There was another Farmhouse employee that arranged the gorgeous flowers and was a behind-the-scenes star. The grounds are lovely, from the gardens to the strutting peacocks. We had five little kids who were busy plaing and exploring all day. Breakfast, as part of our stay, was varied and yummy each morning. I just can't say enough great stuff about The Farmhouse Inn. It's perfect for a stay or an event or BOTH.

This is a wonderful, little spot that is far enough removed from city life to be quiet and yet close enough to go out to eat or shop. The Americana room was spacious, clean, comfy, and just perfect. The staff was super friendly, and the chef's food was 👌. Highly recommend.

Our family had the most magical farm stay at The Farmhouse Inn! We have been to many B&Bs over the years across the country and this was, by far, our favorite and most memorable. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, the accommodations are spotless and well-designed, and the owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. You can easily spend a whole weekend here and not run out of things to do- from hiking to paddle boating and fishing to helping on the farm. Our children LOVED feeding the horses, goat, donkey, ducks, and chickens and helping collect chicken eggs with one of the amazing employees, who was so kind and patient with them as she showed them how to collect and clean the eggs. The breakfasts here are fresh and delicious, made with local organic produce and eggs from the farm. The inn is very well-appointed. It is apparent the owners have thought about every detail- from using top-notch bedding and toiletries to even having fishing poles, tackle, and fresh bait ready for guests to use. Watching sunsets from the porch while beautiful peacocks roam the grounds is something I will never forget. Our kids are already begging us to return (and we just came home an hour ago)! Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will be very glad you did!

This is the most incredible place! We drive from Florida to the Farmhouse Inn for a long family weekend once a year. Our 4 young children love running free, feeding the animals, playing games, hiking, and boat rides. The farm house is clean, spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The owners are great hosts, anticipating our every need and taking extra time with our little ones. Every morning we were served a wonderful breakfast. We look forward to this trip every year and I have already booked our stay for next year.
