This is our second lease here, and we are very satisfied with our apartment. Started with a 1b 1bth, and upgraded to a 2b 1bth. Apartments are super nice, spacious, and feel like home! Maintenance is very nice and normally addresses any issues the same day! Always friendly too. Office staff is always super helpful!

Fairways at Jennings Mill is a great place to live. I appreciate the pleasant and professional maintenance staff. Most of my work orders are handled by Tony. He is always efficient. Whenever I have questions or need help, the front staff assists and does so professionally.

I don’t even know what to say! me and my wife applied yesterday 9-10-25, we got approved today 9/11/25! insanely fast! great rates for apartment price! A huge thank you to MARCOS TORRES! he is so professional at his job! he helped us from the start to end! thank you brother! he deserves a management position!

This complex is absolutely horrible & has gone downhill. It used to be a nice place, but new management is incompetent and has let the upkeep go. Ironically, they started charging extra fees each month for “community maintenance” but are clearly pocketing the cash bc the hallways are always lined with trash and the dumpsters are overfilled & no longer maintained. Try taking a walk around & you’ll see any green space is completely covered in dog feces because they don’t clean it up. It’s also no longer a safe area to live in. So glad I got out of there, would definitely NOT recommend!

If you are thinking about moving to the Fairway at Jennings Mill Apartments, save yourself the regret — and the money. This place is a textbook example of how poor management can ruin what could have been a decent community. The apartments themselves look fine in the online photos, but the reality hits different. The manager and front office staff that can’t be bothered or conveniently forgets and cannot assist you in any way. Communication from management is abysmal unless of course they’re notifying you of a rent increase!

This is a lovely apartment complex. The grounds are kept very nice and it’s always clean and tidy. The manager, Layne, and her staff are excellent. Everyone is very polite and professional. Each apartment is well kept and spacious and they even have movies there for the residents. They do a good job of trying to make a community for all the neighbors. I highly recommend it

I really liked the community! Best part has all the amenities and it is gated. Looks to be dog friendly and the patios are spacious. The tubs are deep and ample living space. Good living choice of looking for something reasonably priced, with great space and a gorgeous pool! Plus it has a movie theater room in the leasing office, how cool is that?

Shelby, one of the leasing agents was fantastic! I had questions about what was due up front to move in, the deposit, etc. and she always knew the answer. She was super nice and easy to work with! I highly recommend working with her. You won’t be disappointed!

The fairways is a really nice apartment complex! Good location and I love the pool and the gym. And the staff at The Fairways is great. Very professional and quick to help. The manager Layne has done a great job with the property and really goes above and beyond with anything that comes up!

I’ve only lived here for about a month and so far it’s been very pleasant. It’s a quiet complex and really nice apartments. I went with just the two bed one bath, since it’s just me and occasionally my daughter. I have also been inside the three bedroom two bath and I wish I would have gotten the bigger apartment. The two bedroom is plenty of room for what I need, but I really like the layout of the bigger apartment especially the bigger kitchen. The reason for only rating it a three star is because number one there are at least two disabled cars in front of my building. I know this happens everywhere, but one car the tag has been expired for at least six months, so there’s no telling how long it’s been there. I’ve had to park on the other side of the lot a couple of times because there’s not enough parking with the broke down cars. Which that’s not that big of a deal to me it’s just inconvenient. The reason for the three star number two (which is a big problem for me) is that I also work night shift and I’ve had maintenance just walk into my apartment twice now, that I know of without letting me know ahead of time. No appointment scheduled, no phone call ahead of time, nothing. Not a good idea to walk into someone’s home unannounced especially when they could be asleep and get startled.
